3351 Lake Forest Villas si trova nel cuore della Sea Pines Plantation, con vista sul lago e sulla Forest Preserve. La nostra villa con tre camere da letto, tre bagni e mezzo è immediatamente adiacente alle piste ciclabili ed è a meno di 2 miglia da Harbortown e dal Sea Pines Beach Club.

La villa è molto grande con oltre 2000 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale. La villa dispone di due camere matrimoniali. La camera da letto principale al piano principale ha un letto matrimoniale, la camera da letto principale al secondo piano ha due letti matrimoniali. La terza camera ha due letti singoli con una splendida vista sul lago. C'è una camera a castello con letti a castello a tutta lunghezza superiore / inferiore. Abbiamo appena installato un nuovo tappeto, nuove finestre e una nuova cucina.

La nostra villa è una delle poche a Sea Pines con garage. Abbiamo "rifornito" il garage con una pletora di biciclette di tutte le dimensioni da utilizzare nelle miglia adiacenti delle piste ciclabili. Sul ponte c'è una griglia a gas, un patio e sedie a sdraio. Dal ponte godrete di una bellissima vista del lago con la Riserva della foresta sullo sfondo. Immediatamente adiacente alla villa e gratuito per l'uso dei nostri ospiti sono una grande piscina e 2 nuovi campi da tennis.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV HD a schermo piatto. Il soggiorno ha un televisore HD a schermo piatto con oltre 300 canali, un DVR e un lettore DVD. La camera da letto principale ha anche un DVR con oltre 300 canali. C'è una scrivania per computer con accesso gratuito a Internet ad alta velocità con modem via cavo e accesso WiFi gratuito per il tuo laptop. Inoltre vengono offerte chiamate interurbane gratuite illimitate negli Stati Uniti.

We enjoyed everything about the villa. Being able to watch the wildlife from the back desk was enjoyed by everyone. Also, we were close to everything.

Late in my review. But extremely happy about this rental and the week we spent there. Better than the listing explained. Clean, comfortable home with a well stoked kitchen, linens, laundry and a garage full of bikes/beach items. Happy with location and privacy of the back deck. Super responsive host to a few questions we had. Would definitely rent again!

A great lagoon view with lots of birds and several alligators. The 2-bed bunk room will sleep very small adults, but the beds are not standard twins. The kitchen is small but the living room and deck are spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place

We loved our week in Sea Pines! The owner was great and the place was nice. The view from the back deck was beautiful. The shuttle to the beach was easy and convenient. We look forward to staying here again soon:)

Great location and home

Really enjoyed this short stay in HH! House was prefect for us and was stocked with everything we needed! The home was very comfortable! We loved seeing the alligators on the banks in the mornings! Would love to stay here again!

This was a perfect set-up for both the wife and I, and the kids and grandkids. We loved all the wildlife viewing and the peaceful and relaxing views from the picture windows and deck. Great location and vacation.

Relaxing on lakefront was awesome!

We had a great time. Kitchen was very well stocked. Bikes were an added bonus. Very close to the forest preserve and we spent lots of time there exploring and fishing.

Perfect family getaway!

Terrific location within gated community and across the street from both a pool and tennis court! There was so much space and options for the adults and kids on our group to be comfortable and we loved relaxing on the deck. We saw various birds and the gators floating by! Also the kids games were a plus! Clean, family friendly and overall wonderful!

Great family home

We loved the view of the lagoon and the open area for the family to spend time together. We had plenty of room for our family of 8 to sleep. The kitchen and laundry was well stocked. The owner did an excellent job of checking in with us. The forest preserve is within walking distance of the property.

Awesome property!

Great location on peaceful, scenic lake with plenty of wildlife to enjoy. The condo was spacious with a great nautical theme. The host was very helpful and provided bicycles and beach equipment. Our grandkids especially enjoyed the pickleball courts and pool directly across the condo and the proximity to bike paths and the horse stables. Would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome place

The pictures did not do it justice. It was a great place for my family and friends to stay for the week. Actually enjoyed biking to the beach and loved the almost daily sighting of a gator in the pond. Kids played tennis every morning.

Great Stay at Lakefront Villa!

Had a wonderful stay at Lakefront Villa! The house was just as described and pictured. It is very well located for getting anywhere on the bikes provided! The tennis courts and pool at the neighborhood were well maintained. Mark was very accommodating as we made a last minute booking and was very responsive to the few questions we had about the property. Overall, a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Sea Pines home with our family, including teenagers, and loved every minute. The house was comfortable and exactly as pictured. The lagoon in the backyard was a highlight—we spent so much time on the deck watching the alligators sun themselves, which was such a unique experience.The bikes were a huge bonus and a favorite for all of us. Riding around the island was so much fun, and biking to the Salty Dog Café for lunch was a perfect outing.Mark was a wonderful host,very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. he even made sure that the bikes were tuned up and tires were aired up before we got there. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!Thanks again, Donna

Relaxing

The villa was very comfortable and in a perfect location for us. Loved the lake view and proximity to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Excellent wildlife viewing from the villa. In spite of some very rainy weather we had a great time. Bikes were used a lot on nice days. A big plus.

Excellent location in the center of Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island

We had a wonderful stay at this home with all of my family members, including Thanksgiving Dinner. We used the bicycles to tour the island. The availability of bicycles was a big plus for choosing this place. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the deck, including alligators. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen, including two coffee makers, plenty of seating around the tables, and plenty of room for our big family for sleeping and watching football games in the living room.

Great week at Hilton Head

The house is spacious and well-supplied. The selection of bicycles in the garage is amazing, including bike locks and helmets! We appreciated the folding beach wagon. The layout of the house gives everyone some privacy and there was plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. We made good use of the grill on the deck. Mark is a great host!

Good rental, great location, bikes!!

Enjoyed our stay at this home. Great location, easy access (via bike or car) to stores and restaurants. Next to forest preserve and on lake with abundant wildlife. The inclusion of numerous bikes of all sizes was a much appreciated and utilized amenity. Tennis/pickle ball courts and pool a short walk away. The only negatives, noted upon arrival, were the lack of a thorough cleaning of the bathrooms, and an odor (pet?) from the downstairs’ carpet. Otherwise this home met all of our needs.

A nice place to stay.

This was a nice cozy place to stay in Sea Pines. The location and view offer quite a bit of privacy as the back deck overlooks a lake with forest on the other side. The description of the property said there was a crib, but that was not the case. Fortunately, there was a Pack-N-Play that we could put our little one in to sleep. Since she is a 22 month old toddler it was nice to find gates that we used to block the stairs. This location has about everything you'll need for your stay at the beach. Bikes, games, chairs, toys ...

Perfect for our family needs

We had such a nice week in spite of the nasty tropical storm caused by Hurricane Elsa! This townhouse unit is even prettier in person than in the pictures. We had 7 people ages 16-71 staying with us, and the location was a perfect fit for all to spend time doing as they wished, whether it be fishing right off of the deck, playing pickle ball or swimming right across the road, or riding the bikes all over the island that were included with this rental. I had many questions for the property manager before our trip, and he answered all of them via the VRBO message center very promptly. Property is fully furnished with a lot of "extras" like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper products, etc. Also, the A/C worked great, which was nice considering how hot we would get while we were outside! We felt right at home. and will likely be back next year!
