Overall a great experience at this condo. Very clean, the pictures are accurate, beach access is easy, and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay at phoenix vii

Absolutely beautiful condo with an incredible view. Close to all restaurants and activities. The beach was beautiful and the pools were very relaxing. Absolutely great stay and will definitely plan on staying again.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Great location, perfect size for 2-6 people. Murphy bed was fun, unique and comfortable. Ideal for kids or teens.

Perfect beach front condo!

As advertised, this condo is very clean and in the perfect location. We cooked meals in the condo each day and found it to be well furnished with all the necessary amenities. And it has the best view of the gulf from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Short trip getaway

Unit very nice and clean. Murphy bed was a plus and both beds comfortable. Great view of beach and easy access to beach. Would love to stay here again.

Fall Vacation at The Beach

This is the first time we have stayed at this location for our annual Fall vacation. The condo was exceptionally clean and well furnished. We couldn't have been more happy with the rental and will definitely be booking this one again.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Just understand when you book this there is a $55.00 parking fee in addition to all the other VRBO fees that is NOT listed.

Super Clean and Comfy!

Super clean and beds were comfortable. The location of the property was perfect as well. Not far from everything you need. I especially loved how the property had the mesh mat "walkway" onto beach from the pier. I will 100% be a return guest.

Quick trip for work seminar

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway! We had 4 girls and we had plenty of room. Loved the decor, very clean! We will plan on visiting again and hopefully staying longer.
