10/10When you walk in the house, the view of the lake is incredible! The wrap-around deck offers plenty of space.House is much roomier than appears in pictures.It was a great size for our extended family vacation. Grandparents had first floor en-suite room. Other adults and grandkids fit comfortably in other bedrooms.Kitchen is very well stocked for all cooking needs.Nice dock. There is walk-in water access, rocky but easily manageable. Communication with Joelle was so easy and she is very responsive!We had the best time and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful wooden cabin! The house is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning lake views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made it easy to unwind after a day of outdoor activities.The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. There were plenty of books to enjoy, board games to play, and amenities to keep everyone entertained. We especially loved having access to the kayaks and being able to spend time out on the lake, which made our stay even more memorable.You can really tell that a lot of care and thought went into making this place feel welcoming and comfortable. Whether you're looking to enjoy outdoor adventures or simply relax by the lake, this cabin is the perfect retreat.Thank you to Joelle for sharing such a beautiful home with us! We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

A spacious cabin tucked away in the woods, on a beautiful Vermont lake. House served us well for a few days of skiing, but some updates could make it even better! TV room furniture and upstairs baths could use a refresh, but house is as pictured so no complaints! Great hosts and communication - responsive and helpful!

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a great stay at the house. It was perfect for us. Close to skiing at Okemo and a very picturesque setting on the lake. Joelle is very responsive to questions. Great house would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful home, everything about it is very comfortable. The finishes are clearly something you’d want for yourself, it feels like you’re staying in someone’s home instead of a rental property. The owners are very thoughtful and messaging is clear. In particular, they’ve set up the kitchen thoughtfully and you can prepare and enjoy meals with a beautiful view of Lake Rescue. Love this property and hope to return soon.

Okemo Ski Vacation

Beautiful house right on the lake- we had a great time (2 families, 8 people) the house comfortably accommodated us, and our host was excellent. Great location, very nice kitchen features. Overall we were very pleased with our stay- no problems whatsoever.

The house exceeded our expectations! We were 7 adults and there was more than enough room for all. The kitchen is well supplied with wares. The location and view is wonderful.

Excellent stay

What a wonderful stay. The home was so comfortable and clean with lovely views. Kitchen, bathrooms, sleeping, and living spaces were all very nice. Communication with the owner was excellent and instructions were very clear. We hope to return soon to experience another season at their lovely home!

Our family of 5 had a great time. The view of the lake is so peaceful and we made good use of the kayaks, nearby golf course, and a hike to the fire tower on Okemo. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were readily available to help troubleshoot two issues that arose. A great spot to slow down and unwind!

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was beautiful I got some great pictures of the Eagle and we caught lots of fish. Some big bass catfish and more! We took the kayaks out each day and only had one rain day which was still peaceful staying in. The inside was clean and very comfortable would definitely recommend

More Than a Cabin

The cabin is a perfect mix of rustic and upgrades. The view is beautiful and there's a huge wall of windows which allows you to appreciate it inside or out. Comfortable beds and furniture. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Ski weekend

We stayed over NYE weekend, 2 families skiing at Okemo. The house fit our needs perfectly. Has everything we needed and instructions from the owner were helpful and accurate.
