Questa unità presenta una vista completa e non ostruita delle acque cristalline del Golfo blu e le splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca di Panama City Beach! Le unità nella parte superiore del Golfo non hanno balconi nelle unità, ma hanno balconi di area comune su ogni piano.

Questo condominio ha pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto, l'appartamento ha anche un letto king size estremamente confortevole. E un divano letto. Condo Sleeps (4)

Il complesso è estremamente ben tenuto e ha molti bei servizi. Amerai la grande nuova piscina, la nuova piscina per bambini, lo snack bar a bordo piscina, il solarium a 2 piani, la zona grill, la palestra, la sala giochi, lo shuffleboard e l'area lounge sulla spiaggia. Il complesso è anche molto vicino a ristoranti incredibili, night club, golf, sport acquatici, charter di pesca e shopping.

Great location

The location in proximity to the beach (walk) and multiple different areas was perfect. We weren’t where everything was super busy. There was a chair rental on the beach but they weren’t the pushy kind like we had heard about. The property has a great pool and just a nice smaller place to stay!

Amazing Views & Amazing Location!!

Me and my fiancé stayed here for 4 days a few weeks ago and we loved every second of it! Our condo was at the perfect location right on the ocean and we also enjoyed the community pool when the ocean got too hot to be in. Our condo was also very clean and very spacious, we have no complaints. Thank you so much for our stay!!!

A Great Experience

While I definitely wouldn't call this property "top of the line", I am also aware that, for it's location, our payment was a valuable rate. The room was clean and has a beautiful view. Seating was functional and the room accommodated us fine. The pool in the resort is wonderful and the beach access is amazing. Everything we needed was minutes away and easy access. Lots and lots to do in the area if you don't just want the beach but also the perfect place to stay if you just want to spend the whole time in the sand.

World Series!

My 2 boys (14, and12), my husband and I all stayed at the condo for a week, and we loved it! The condo was perfect, the boys loved swimming and I couldn't get enough of waking up on the beach. It was the perfect location for our baseball games all week. and it was the perfect location to all the must visit restaurants and fun things to do in PCB.

Beds were comfortable. View was awesome!

Bathroom was small and could use some work. TV should be moved to another location. Over top the bed is dangerous and light shines in your eyes at night from the tv. Pool was nice too!

Amazing !

My friends and I stayed here for the week and it was amazing. The location is perfect and the views are AWESOME. The one downfall is that there wasn’t much shelving to put your clothes in but other than that we had the most perfect week !

Memorial weekend stay

We love the TOG. We have stayed there before with a different owner. This year due to price increase; we reached out to a different owner to book our stay. The room looked just like the pictures. We had a horrible check in experience due to the door lock not working, the lack of care from the security guard and strick contact rules. It was Memorial weekend therefore there were no on-property managers or HR. We did eventually get a hold of the owners who arranged for the door to be fixed and for our troubles, issued a partial refund. We would stay in this property again. This side of the beach is great, chairs were a nice accommodation and the owners were as frustrated as we were and quick to take action.

Over all the place was okay except the room

The studio was nice but they said there was a balcony and the room was dirty the bathroom was not clean mold on the shower curtain had mold and tub needed cleaned and there was dust on the ceiling and fan we like going to Panama City beach but will not stay at this place again also they said it had washer and dryer in it also

Updates needed!

We love staying at TOG, it has a great pool, and beachfront. The condos we have stayed in previously have been updated and in pristine condition. This condo, however, is needing a full makeover. The cabinets are splintered and hazardous, the A/C, which worked great, had a layer of rust and possibly mold on it. The tile floor was nice and looked like it had recently been put it. None of the molding/baseboards were put back and there was a layer of white dust all over the floor. The door had to be slammed to close it and took 2 or 3 tries to open it. With a little TLC, and a deep cleaning, this unit could definitely get 5 stars. The view is amazing and TOG is very relaxing.

Beds were great. The view was spectacular. The unit needs updating for sure.. The only problems we had were the shower curtin liner had mildew on it and it took us forever to open and close the door. Otherwise the facility was very nice and the staff was friendly.

This is truly an ideal location and one of the key reasons for spending some fantastic time here. It's a TRUE Gulf Front condo and faces the beach with a great view. It's also rare in that it is very, very central yet on a distinctly exclusive area of the beach in that the main road curves away from the beach and comes back just a short distance away thereby diverting the 'cruising' traffic away from the beach and allowing you to get where you need to go and only get in traffic when you want to.
