Spacious Apartment 300m2 - Sauna - BBQ - Sunny terrace
Just like a Penthouse and very quiet, the apartment has a private sauna, barbecue, balneotherapy bathtub and a large sunny terrace of 70m2 with an exceptional view on the mountain chain and the ski slopes.
Ideally located, you will be only 50 meters from the ski lifts and close to the ski class gatherings and all facilities (restaurants, groceries, boulangerie...).
Facing south, the apartment is very bright with a "chalet" atmosphere mixing regional and "old" furniture with a very modern and warm decoration. You can enjoy its two large living rooms, its large dining room and its fully equipped kitchen. We hope you will be delighted and have a great stay.

-Bedroom "Montagnes": 12m2 with double bed, adapted for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM), built-in closet. South-east facing with direct access to the terrace.
-Bedroom "Cerf" : 15m2 with double bed convertible into two single beds. Very sunny with bay window and view on the summits and the ski slopes
-Bedroom "Loup" : 14m2, south facing and very bright
-Bedroom "Tri-alpine" : 11m2 with 3 single beds (convertible into a double bed and a single bed).
-Bedroom "Bi-alpine" : 10m2 with 2 single beds (convertible into a double bed).
-Family bathroom: 8m2 with double sinks, whirlpool bathtub and a large shower

Located on the 4th floor of the Résidence Les Marmottes with an elevator, the apartment is ideally located : the stop of the free shuttle is at 30 meters and the apartment is a short walk from the ski school meeting point. The ski lift Belle Etoile is in front of the building and the ski lift Vallée Blanche starts at 50m from the apartment. The creche and nursery is 10 minutes away. You will also be a few steps from to the boulangerie, restaurant, grocery stores…
