Thank you Scott, we appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the pleasure hosing you again.

Deepa, We tried our best to accommodate you during your stay, even providing you with another unit. We even had our personnel accompany you to the new unit that you agreed to move to following your complaints. We have had hundreds of guests stay with us on a yearly basis and are a premier host with a very high satisfaction rate. Our units are checked and properly maintained by hotel standards. We also have maintenance personnel on site. We hope that other hosts are able to satisfy your taste and preferences.

Thank you Amber for your feedback. Unfortunately we were only made aware in the review of this issue, otherwise we would have immediately requested the responsible, hotel managed housekeeping department to return and re-service the room. Our goal is for all of our guest to have a wonderful time in our units. We hope to having the pleasure hosting you again in the future.

We appreciate your feedback Tesia. The unit's housekeeping tasks are strictly performed by Fontainebleau Hotel managed and trained, unionized housekeeping department. We are sorry this was not brought to our attention anytime during stay as we would have requested their return immediately to rectify any concerns. Thank you for staying with us and hope we will have the chance to host you again in the future.
