Excellent place to stay. Even tho not beach front you can see the beach and be on the beach in literally 2 mins or less walk. The condo was clean and felt like home

Nicely renovated room with nice furnishings and a super comfy bed. AC kept the condo at a very nice cool temp. Would highly recommend this unit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about Grand Caribbean East 305. We’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We apologize the coffee maker wasn’t working — maintenance has been notified to inspect and repair or replace it. The bathroom being left with trash is unacceptable; housekeeping has been informed and a deep clean and turnover review have been scheduled. We’ve removed the unacceptable cookware and replaced pans as part of a full kitchen inventory check. Missing soap has been addressed and turnover staff have been reminded to restock all essential supplies before each arrival. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention so we can improve future stays. RealJoy Destin

Perfect location!

Very pleased with overall trip, place was exactly as described, was very clean and nicely decorated. Short walk across the street to the beach was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodation

Very comfortable and handy to beach. The air conditioning was running nonstop and was annoying but other than that, it was great! The hot tub and heated pool and view from the balcony was the icing on the cake!

Clean, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Our only complaint was the main bedroom closet was locked as the “owners closet”. There was an area built into the wall as a closet- but had less than 12” of hanging clothes rod. We were 3 people sharing that tiny space to hang clothing. The condo is managed by Real Joy Vacations- they are responsive and were helpful when we had an issue with the dryer.

Great place!

So surprised this doesn’t have more reviews. It was clean, and everything looked new, plenty of space for the four of us, comfortable beds even the pull out couch, full kitchen, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book here again.

It was the best place we have ever stayed in Destin!

It’s just the perfect spot! Beach is across the street! Unit is so clean and nice just as pictured. Contact with the owners was quick and easy! We love these condos! Will definitely be back!

Clean and Updated Condo

Property was as listed. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a. Ice place to get away. It is close to many restaurants and plenty of shopping.

Just a little get away for the wife and I. Very comfortable and extremely clean. Hot tub and pool were very clean. Balcony is perfect for early morning coffee!!

Anniversary trip

My husband and I came for our anniversary and we enjoyed staying at the Grand Caribbean east. It was very clean! It was a short walk to the beach. All of the best restaurants, shopping, and boardwalk are just a couple miles away. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend.

The air conditioner was ok. I would just say that people are different, so telling them they can't go below 70⁰ could be a turn off. That may not fly in the summer.The pool was fine.I would like to suggest that you should rate your guest. Give them 1-5 stars based on how accurately they followed the directions on how to leave the property. Praise them when they meet or go beyond what was expected. This will help them be better guest moving forward.
