Great views of the beach and ocean. Great location to get to either. We had our 4 year old who absolutely loved visiting both places. The closet with sand toys and beach chairs was so appreciated! Very clean place. Check in process went smooth. Overall, great vacation!

We had a great stay in this two-bedroom condo and would definitely recommend it! The condo was very clean and well maintained, which was one of the first things we noticed and really appreciated.The pool area was very nice, and there was plenty of parking, so we never had to worry about finding a spot. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay—they were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in through check-out.The location was also a big plus. It was convenient to everything we needed, and having a Publix only about a half-mile away and within easy walking distance was extremely convenient.Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of cleanliness, location, amenities, easy parking, and great communication with the host made this a great place for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

I did a lot of research before finding this condo, which seemed to have everything we were looking for and had such great reviews. Amazingly our stay at the Tides was even better than I had expected. The condo is beautifully furnished with a big kitchen which we needed. The view from the balcony of the pool and ocean was just gorgeous. And unexpectedly we loved the big OLED TV and huge couch and watched a bunch of movies (which we normally don’t do) at night. The pool was also a highlight along with easy access to the beach. Ganit was a wonderful host, answering all our questions promptly and checking in during our stay. Thank you Ganit for a wonderful and memorable stay.

This place was everything I was looking for a six day beach getaway. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished including a full kitchen. The facility is great. I love that this unit is on a low floor and offered self-parking. Just a quick elevator ride down to the pool and through the gate to the beach. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The host was amazing! Very responsive and promptly answered any questions I had! There were no hidden resort fees, just 30 for a fob per couple and a weekly parking fee. I highly recommend this beautiful third floor condo at the Tides on Hollywood Beach!

Pros: Very clean, great view and communication with the owner and kindness was outstanding Cons: the couch and the balcony chairs need to be more comfortable in our opinion. I would stay again when back in this area.

Thank you Kelly for taking such great care of our beach condo and staying with us! Thanks for letting us know about the couch! We will work on replacing the it over the next few months! We did have a previous family stay with two people originally registered, but it ended up being six people, four of which were kids, and we had to replace the entire king size bed because the kids apparently jumped up and down on it until it collapsed. So you probably noticed a brand new king size bed there, the couch will be next. Some things are out of our hands, but we do appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Great owners to work with

The property was beautiful. Great beach that had a manageable number of people even during spring break! Very safe. Publix & Walmart in walking distance. A very short uber to Broadwalk or a 2 mile nice walk.

Great location and view!

The condo was in a great location, very clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. The view from the patio was great. Ganit was a wonderful host, great communication and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The beach charis/ umbrella, wagon and toys was a great perk so we didn't have to woorry about renting or buying stuff while we were there.

Had initially book a normal hotel room but wanted more space. This worked fine for us, the owner Ganit answered rapid every time I asked something. Close to/at the beach and the pool area was nice.

Awesome location

Thank you for hosting us. we had a blast. The remote in the bedroom needs batteries and the coffee machine didnt work.Everything else was perfect.

Hi David! Sounds good and thank you for letting us know. I will be there in the morning to replace the batteries and check into the coffee maker. Had I known while you were there, I would’ve gotten you all set up with a new one! I’m glad you guys had such a great time. All the best to you and your family and please come back and visit soon! 10/10 Excellent

We stayed from Feb. 1 thru Feb 15, 2025 and had an absolutely wonderful time. Condo was clean and spacious. From the balcony you can watch the sunrise each morning which was amazing. Condo was thoroughly equipped for our needs.Ganit thank you for hosting us. We will definitely be back.

Perfect beach vacation

We were travelling end of december with our family of 4. The unit is well located, directly on the beach. The condo is spacious and comfortable. They provide beach equipment so you don't have to bring or purchase anything. The condo is on the 3rd floor so it's easy to avoid crowd at the elevator, it was quiet and perfect for a family getaway. The owner was very helpful and available. We would not hesitate to go back!

In town for Dolphins game

The condo was great! Right on the pool and beach and owner had all beach supplies we needed. Was big enough for our family of 5 including 3 teenage girls. Groceries are within a half mile so we walked and picked some stuff up for our short stay. Ganit was easy to get in touch with at all times. Only flaw is the check in line can get long and takes time. Get your laundry card when you check in or you will have to wait again.
