This property is ideally located across the street from Siesta Key Beach: about a 5 minute walk to the water. Plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and other stuff provided. The condo itself is updated, very clean, and has all the amenities needed for a great stay. The trolley picks up right out front providing essy access to downtown Siesta Key. I highly recommend this property.

Thank you for the nice review. Our condo is ideally located across the street from the beautiful white sandy beach. The trolley stops in front making it convenient. We try to keep our condo stocked with everything needed when they arrive.

Loved having a garage to use. Pool area was comfortable. Condo had everything I needed. Very relaxing.

Great stay!

The property was very nice and extremely clean. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely come back and stay here when visiting Siesta Key!!

We had a wonderful week in Siesta Key staying at this townhouse. It was a beautiful place - very very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Thank you so much for a great week! We will definitely stay here when we return to the area!

My wife and I stayed a month at Phyllis’s wonderful condo. Not only was the communication great with Phyllis as she is very caring and wanted to make sure we were all set. But we loved the beautiful condo. It was spacious, clean, and decorated with such class. And the location was the best we ever had! Everything was perfect and we plan to be back! Another great stay!

This is our second stay at this condo and again we loved our time there. Besides our unit being clean and very comfortable, its location is terrific for walking to the beach and into town. Also the owners are wonderful folks to work with.

Wonderful stay!

Once again our stay was wonderful. The condo is well furnished and offers numerous amenities such as bikes and a garage spot. It's conveniently located just across from the beach. The owner, Phyllis, is excellent to work with.

Clean and spacious condo with a pool to relax at. The best beach in Florida is right across the street. Would go back for another vacation.

Very happy with our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect in every way; nicely furnished, impeccably clean and very comfortable. And its location is nice and close to the beach and easy walking distance to Siesta Village. Also, we very much enjoyed Phyllis' hospitality. Will be staying there again next year.

Wonderful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay at this lovely condo. The condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. You couldn't ask for a better location which is directly across the street from Siesta Key Beach. This host was a delight to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second stay at this property and was once again wonderful. The furnishings and attention to detail are outstanding. The location is also great with Siesta Key Village a manageable 20-25 minute walk away. We can’t wait to come back next year!!
