Great spot for people in from out of town. Only had a party of two but four could easily work. Neighborhood is very quiet for how developed the area is. Would definitely recommend.

It was a wonderful stay!! My Aunt and I stayed at this apartment for a graduation in the area. We loved having 2 bedroom and a kitchen to ourselves. I loved being able to use the pool. The listing did not show patio furniture, and this was one of the best things of the apartment. There is no futon but a rollout bed. Cell signal was almost non-existent inside the apartment. We would definitely stay there again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m thrilled to hear that you and your aunt enjoyed your stay and appreciated having the extra space, kitchen, and pool. I’m especially glad you enjoyed the patio—it’s great to hear that it was one of the highlights of your stay! Thank you as well for pointing out the details about the rollout bed and cell service. I’ll look into making the listing even clearer so future guests know what to expect. It was a pleasure hosting you both, and I’d be very happy to welcome you back anytime!

Apartment is located on the first floor and accessible from the back of the building. Wifi is reliable and needed - there is no signal while in the apartment. Loved the extra outlets, and really appreciated the washer and dryer. Well-equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable, and good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of free parking. Location very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and various activities.Only caution is that the building is in a wooded area, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Can't really sit outside, and we made sure to close the door quickly when entering and exiting. Otherwise, great stay, and we'll definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful review! I’m glad you enjoyed the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, extra outlets, and convenient location. It’s also great to hear that the reliable Wi-Fi and ample parking made your stay easier. I’m sorry the mosquitoes were an issue. Being surrounded by wooded areas definitely has its challenges during the warmer months, and I appreciate the feedback. We’ll continue looking for ways to make the outdoor area more comfortable for guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re thrilled to hear you’ll stay with us again next time you’re in the area. We look forward to welcoming you back!

We stayed here while in town for a rock climbing competition, and it was the perfect place. The neighborhood is fantastic, on our walks we were greeted by neighbors, and we even met a group playing pickleball who invited us to join. The location is super convenient, with Trader Joe’s and Aldi just down the road. We didn’t bring our dog this time, but honestly wish we had, he would have loved the walks and green spaces in the area. The home itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back.

Great Place to Stay with Dog and Visit with Friends

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. This apartment was cozy, clean and with many amenities. My family and I stayed at this location as a last minute decision to see Washington D.C. The host were very communicative, which was nice. The area the rental was located had a married college dorm vibe to it. Wasn't horrible, but the conditions of the apartments noticably deteriorated as you drove through the area. The upgrades made in the facility were nice. Not all of the flooring was complete, and the unit certainly wasn't overly clean as we found left over hair in the shower, the bath towels weren't folded nicely, and there were some big dust bunnies laying around. For the price of the room we couldn't complain too much.

Wonderful place to stay!

We found this property while looking for somewhere to stay while visiting our son at Belvoir. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the unit was very clean.
