Welcome to the Ace of Oasis, a light-and-airy vacation home with private backyard, pool, and view of the mountains! Home is centrally located and within minutes to Lake Havasu, golfing, casino, and the London Bridge dining and entertainment district.
Don’t feel like leaving the house? Enjoy the in-ground pool (heat optional), in-pool tanning ledge, lighting effects, custom hot-tub, shaded patio, BBQ grill, and Foosball. Relax inside with modern decor, internet, and Smart TV’s in every room.
This home is perfect for a serene or adventurous vacation getaway! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this spacious home features convenient amenities and modern furnishings for a comfortable stay.
LIVING SPACE
Living room: Large sectional, spacious desk, board games, and 55-inch Smart TV, streaming, Netflix.
Dining space: Open to the living room and kitchen, table, 4 chairs, and bench.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, open shelf pantry, stocked with coffee, condiments, toaster, blender, rice maker, and other cooking, baking, and dining essentials.
Bathrooms: Conveniently located in hallways on both sides of living space adjacent to bedrooms, one with walk-in shower, double vanity, the other with tub/shower combination, single vanity.
Laundry: Washer and dryer in garage, laundry supplies.
BEDROOMS
Primary Bedroom: King bed, fold-down double futon, TV, private from other bedrooms.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and 2 twin trundle beds, TV.
Extras: Hangers and storage bins in each closet, pillows, blankets.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Full-walls for backyard privacy
Custom in-ground pool with sun shelf (shallow area of pool) for lounging or young children.
Pool features a built-in table and umbrella for shade, pool lighting, and option to heat pool.
Custom in-ground spa hot-tub.
Large covered patio with dining area, lounge chairs.
BBQ grill, foosball table, ladder ball game and spacious yard areas for kids
PARKING
Garage 2-car parking with one side extra deep, driveway, and gated parking on both sides of the house.
You will have access to the entire home.
Parking for boats, trailers or RV’s is on the side of the house behind the locked coded gate. No boats in garage, only cars or small water crafts. RV hook-up for electricity and water is available, $25 fee per day.
We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, loud music, and high-volume noise is prohibited. This home is an opportunity to experience being part of a community and taking part of the lifestyle in Lake Havasu.
This home is located close to all Lake Havasu City attractions but far enough away to have quiet down time. The London Bridge area is about 5-10 minutes away (4 miles). The Lake Havasu State Park is about 10 minutes away (5 miles). There is a grocery/convenience store within 2 miles of the house.
Getting around Lake Havasu City is easy and convenient. Most all attractions are within 5-10 minutes away. There is Uber services available, if needed. Please be responsible!
RESERVATIONS
Must be 25+ years old to book.
A $250 - $500 deposit may be requested for bookings and holidays.
No unauthorized guests allowed, only those on reservation.
Any stay over 30-days requires a separate rental agreement.
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am (includes loud voices and music).
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Located at front entrance, driveway, back yard surveillance of pool and equipment, and in garage. No cameras inside of home.
Purpose is to prevent parties and misuse of pool or tampering with equipment. Rental agreement immediately terminated without a refund for camera tampering and $500 fine.
PETS
Sorry, this is not a pet friendly home
If pets are brought there will be a $200 fine
NO SMOKING AND VAPING
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Minimum $200 fine. Smoking is only permitted outdoors (with closed windows and doors).
USE OF POOL AND SPA
Pool cleaner comes 1-3x a week through the side gate to clean the pool, which takes a few minutes and they will not interrupt your stay.
No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest.
Do not remove the vacuum from the pool – it can disrupt the system. Do not touch the propane tank or pool/spa equipment. Minimum $500 fine for the pool company to re-set or repair equipment.
POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $15/day for spa heating
>If the stay exceeds 30 days the pool and spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what is charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)
CHECK-INS AND CHECK-OUTS
Early check-in or late check-out, if available, may be an additional fee.
For items left behind, a $10 service charge is added to the shipping rate.
BBQ GRILL
We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
