This was a great place to stay. We had a blast and ended up doing a girls weekend and staying in the whole time. The only blunder that we had was that you can only park 3 vehicles and we had 4 and struggled to find out where to park the other one despite the directions given. Overall, it was a great stay though!! Thanks :)

The host was amazing. They are so accommodating and kind! There were a few bumps but they were very responsive. Our only disappointment was that lights in the hot tub were not working and the string lights shown in the picture were no longer there so we had to sit in the dark and it kind of killed the vibe. Lol We really enjoyed our stay overall.

Home is as described, clean, quiet, nice view of river, wonderful wake up to all the birds singing. Dog friendly. I would suggest bringing or stopping at a store for your grocey needs. And bring ice. There is a kurig type coffee maker with pods avaliable in many flavors if that is your cup of coffee otherwise bring yur own. A nutri bullet for protien smoothies too. Large frig and freezer for food storage. Cook waare, etc. is all there. Bed is comfy. We enjoyed the quiet and calm surrounding. Hosts are very responsive with any questions or concerns. I would stay here if your looking for nice, calm, natural setting. Dee Ehler

Highest recommendation for this property and the owners. First of all, there was constant and timely communication at the appropriate intervals leading up to the trip. The check-in instructions were clear and simple to follow. The property is fantastic. Split level, lake view, lots of small amenities such as multiple video game systems in the basement, a softly-lit area with mattress on the back deck. Everything was well maintained. The grill was topped off with gas, the hot tub was immaculate, the property was freshly mown. It was a perfect place for the family to spread out and relax. The property is also close enough to all amenities that you have a true getaway, but can be at a restaurant or grocery within about 10 minutes.

Great property & location! Loved the waterfront access for fishing & kayaking! Relaxing screened in porch to enjoy the outdoor views without the bugs! Great communication with host, who answered several of our questions promptly. Highly recommend this property!

The views on this property were amazing! We stayed over Memorial Day weekend, and the weather was gorgeous. We took full advantage of the deck, firepit, and hot tub. The property was very well stocked and had everything we needed for a great stay with many activities.My only comment would be regarding the sleeping arrangements. The king bed and two queen beds were wonderful and very comfortable. However, the twin fold-down hideabed in the living room and the bean bag chair were not reasonable sleeping options. These should not be included in the advertised sleeping capacity. The listing mentions two additional double sofa beds, which was misleading.

Perfect, family and pet friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay. Relaxing, indoor and outdoor games, beautiful views, truly pet and kid friendly, kitchen had everything we needed and lots of great little details. We were looking for a staycation. We didn’t have to leave for anything.

Great Lakeside Getaway

This house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway by the lake. The place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with a beautiful kitchen, washer, and a great fireplace for chilly nights. We loved the hot tub and spent a lot of time outside grilling and kayaking. The lake access made it super easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with some great outdoor perks.

Lots of "at home" entertainment. Great Lake views

Our family of 6 adults and 2 dogs really enjoyed our stay! There is a lot to enjoy here. The hot tub is great, several outdoor games to play. I enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and making s'mores in the fire pit. Would recommend this Vrbo listing to friends!

My kids and I enjoyed our stay at this lake house in July. Overall it's a nice location in a quiet neighborhood with some nice amenities including beautiful lake views and access, a hot tub, a master suite for adults, an arcade and separate space for the kids, a nicely furnished deck with grill, and a whole home sound system. We did have some hiccups with a deferred maintenance item because the kitchen sink was literally falling off of it's under counter mount and the maintenance person was unable to get parts to repair it during our stay. The cleaning crew had also shut off the air conditioning on a 100 degree day so we basically had no air and an uncomfortably hot house for the first night of our stay until the AC unit finally caught up the following day. We also found that the kayaks and paddle board that were supposed to be on the dock were missing. The host did their best to quickly respond to communication about the issues and while nothing could be done about the sink and AC they did bring us two new kayaks for the kids to enjoy halfway through our stay. Overall we enjoyed the location and extras that made the house unique but do feel that it was overpriced given the deferred maintenance and other issues we encountered. It's also worth noting that the path down to the lake front is pretty treacherous down a steep hill with loose shale stone and while nice to have, it's definitely not for small children, older adults, or anyone with any kind of mobility issues.
