This beautiful 2 BR/2 BA condo is all about charm and comfort. You will have no problem leaving your cares behind and enjoying this vacation home! Welcome to the island lifestyle you always wanted.

Outdoor Activities: Enjoy morning kayaking or fishing from the condo pond and kayak trails, and relax by the pool or ocean in the afternoon. Tennis courts are also available for family fun.

Newly Remodeled: The condo has been newly remodeled throughout, providing a fresh and modern living space.

Sleeps Four: The unit comfortably sleeps four guests and includes a full-size laundry in the unit.

Evening Relaxation: Spend your evenings in the screened balcony enclosure.

Beach Access: Just a 7-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Nature Preserves: Close to Robinson Preserve and Neal Preserve, offering an abundance of walking trails.

Convenience: Walking distance to Publix grocery store, CVS, restaurants, and shops. The popular trolley bus will take you up and down the island.

The location of the condo was wonderful. The outside garden area in pool area was amazing.

The owners were very friendly. And response time was wonderful also. My wife and I would definitely stay again.

I so enjoyed my vacation. The property checks all the boxes in a good way. The outside was enjoyable in that you can lounge around the pool meet your neighbors and relax in the sun

A great vacation

The property was in a great location, close to the beach cafe with it's famous breakfasts and evening live music. Unfortunately, the pool and elevator were out of commission after the hurricanes, but Anna Maria Island was still fabulous. Many thanks to our hosts for keeping us informed

Comfortable stay. Roomy and nice floor plan. Elevator was convenient for bringing up supplies. Nice, well kept grounds and pool in a great central location close to Publix, restaurants, shops and Manatee Public Beach. Loved having a pier on the bay to watch the sunrise. Kayaks were locked. Was told they are privately owned and unavailable for use. Kitchen had plenty of supplies to prepare meals and a good amount of spices, oil, and staple items. Large refrigerator with plenty of ice. The master bathtub could use an update. Did not use the beach supplies since I brought my own, but there was a large closet with chairs, sand toys, boogie board etc. Upon the arrival of my adult son 9 days before leaving, he realized the guest bath toilet flapper was bad, as it was running constantly. We turned the water off, and notified the property manager. We were unable to use the toilet without adding 3-4 pitchers full of water to the back of the toilet to flush it, then re-seating the flapper seal manually. This was an inconvenience and was unfortunately not repaired during our stay. Plenty of games, books, and puzzles were nice to have. Guest TV did not have roku like the other and no channels were showing. Guessing it is for kids to use with a game system maybe. Thank you for having a reasonable price, so that I could afford to stay 30 days on my favorite island, visit my "healing beaches" and see those amazing sunsets over the Gulf. So grateful.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the guest bathroom toilet and regret that it was not fully resolved during your stay. During that time, we did experience limited technician availability over the weekend, which impacted our ability to complete the repair more quickly. However, we understand the importance of timely resolution and appreciate your patience. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bathtub and guest room TV, and we will work on these observations for future improvement considerations. Lovely condo

The condo was great! It looked just as the pictures on-line; it was clean; the kitchen had all the items we needed; the beds and furniture were comfortable; and the grounds of the condo were well kept. We loved going to the pier, and the beach was a short walk away.

Excellent stay

The property was great. Really did have pretty mich everything we needed and then some. Kitchen was very well stocked with small appliances which made food prep a success. We didn't feel like we had to compromise any comforts of home. The rest of the home was very well-equipped too with tons of beach gear, towels, etc,. Close to everything, short walk to the beach, pool was nice. It was a great stay for us.

Great location

The condo was well equipped for everything you need. Lots of towels, sheets, dishes, pots and pans etc. Everything so handy and we loved the pier in the back. The 2 pools was great also with the nice chairs and tables. Would love to stay there again.

Wonderful Experience

My wife and I have a wonderful experience here. They place looks exactly like the pictures. It was so peaceful here and everyone we met were fun, friendly and helpful. For those who cook they provide everything you need. The pool is close by and everything you need is within walking distance. The owners are friendly and helpful. They care about your experience and make themselves available if needed. My wife and I will be returning. Thanks for a truly wonderful experience

Our beach condo is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This quiet setting has so much to offer from 2 pools, tennis courts, fishing off the pier, kayaking the mangroves and so much more.

Our location is great for easy access to everything for your perfect beach getaway. The trolley will pick you up and take you anywhere on the island. The beach is in walking distance so you don't have to find parking on the busy times of year. A walk to watch sunset is just minutes away and highly recommended. The Anna Maria Island Cafe offers a great spot for live music, all you can eat pancake breakfast, ice cream and cocktails.
