Pat, thanks so much for allowing us to host you in Copper Mountain for your vacation this year! Glad you enjoyed the location close to the lifts and bus route as much as we do and that you would consider returning to stay at our place again down the road. Magic is definitely a word I'd describe Copper and Copper Springs Lodge particularly as well with - thanks for the kind words and so glad you had a good stay. The hot tubs really do set our building apart from the vast majority of the other units in Copper as well, would have to agree with you there. Hope to host you again for a future stay!

Dear Guest - I'm very sorry you were not able to sleep well during your stay. We very seldomly receive any complaints on noise, as our unit is situated well away from the main lobby area, and the bedroom door can be closed to prevent much of the ambient noise from reaching it. Additionally, Copper Security is also great in resolving any issues related to noise and we will ensure that their number is more prominently noted in our Condo guide for any future guests - in case this happens again. They are always very eager to help. We were actually staying in the building during your stay just two floors up, and didn't hear anything in the building overnight, so we suspect your issue may have been related to a more rambunctious group staying in a nearby unit during their Spring Break. With regards to the Sauna, several of the wall boards had loosened and required maintenance to ensure the safety of our guests, which was the reason it was closed. We certainly hope you were able to still enjoy the 3 Large Hot Tubs, and Steam Shower in the building that were operational during your stay as an alternative, and perhaps the 2 Open Saunas, Salt Water Pool and Spa at the Athletic club nearby as well - which can be accessed for a small nominal fee daily.

We would certainly be willing to host you again next year and tend to have very good availability - even for later bookings - in November, December (minus X-mas week), and January, when the slopes are often wide open!
