We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as we expected it to be. I had to fix the toilet multiple times. The toilet flush mechanism needs to be repaired.

Thank you for review. There is a maintenance number listed on the guidelines emailed out for any issues. If we had been notified, we could have easily fixed the toilet.

We had a great stay at this townhome. I particularly enjoyed the morning sun and my coffee on the deck off of the bedroom. The pool was clean and enjoyable and the beach was close. The only issue we had was on windy days the internet would check-out. I would rent again

Very nice space for two people. Short walk to the beach. Everything in good shape. Nicely decorated space. Loved the art works from J Adams. Good bed. Interned worked without a glitch. We had very relaxing time!!

This very well appointed condo was perfect for our stay. Nancy was a very helpful host and we would love to stay there again. The condo is updated, tasteful and just simply a delight!

Great place for adults and kids

We enjoyed it because of the pool area and easy access to the beach. You can view the gulf from your porch and it’s an easy boardwalk stroll to the beach. Thanks for sharing your home!

It was a lovely condo. The only negative were the instructions requiring us to wash, put up dishes, strip beds, sweep and vacuum before leaving. It’s a vacation. I didn’t expect to have to fully clean it upon leaving. And there was a notice that we would be charged additional 200 if all of those steps weren’t completed. I understand loading and running dishwasher and piling towels in one location but the rest should have been included with the cleaning of the condo.

You are not expected to fully clean the townhome when you leave. You are asked to wash the dishes you used, put the linens on the floor and sweep. This is standard in all homes on the island.

Great little getaway

We had a really nice little getaway here at this condo. It is beautifully remodeled and comfortable. It was a cold weekend so we didn't get to enjoy the pool or the beach, but sitting on the deck with a drink until the sun went down was great!

Cozy, clean townhouse in paradise!

This is not our first time at 300 Ocean Mile and we hope to have many more. This unit was close to beach and pool. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Great beach getaway

This is our third time staying at j6. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The place is as advertised. Great access to the beach. The manager's extremely responsive if there any issues. The place is well equipped for all types of cooking. Will keep coming back.

Summer Vacation week

What a cute and comfortable condo— my husband and I loved it! It had everything we needed and was very clean. It was so nice to walk on the boardwalk to get to the beach! Owner delivered info quickly and clearly. Our only regret was that we didn’t book for another week!
