Area:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view. 5 minute drive gets you to great restaurants and shopping in Ballantyne! Then you are 15 - 20 minutes to uptown, Carowinds amusement park, the Carolina Panthers BOA stadium, and brand new Outlet malls. You really are a $5 Uber ride to everything.

Getting around:
You have a driveway so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 - 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to downtown, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena.

I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.
