The decks and furniture are hosed down weekly by our pool techs and also right before each arrival by our property managers. We will pass on your feedback re the cobwebs but rather suspect that they crept out again after the hosing down was done"

The reader should note that this community has a daily trash service whereby the trash bins outside the home are emptied daily by the community. Any guest finding difficulty with this system needs to reach out to the property manager whilst in situ for assistance

Thank you so much for your positive feedback. We are glad you loved the home and enjoyed your stay. We will pass on your feedback re the noisy neighbours to the owner so he can feed this back to the HOA. Obviously the owner cannot control who stays in the community but he can ask the HOA to have the security company to be more vigilant on this point. As for the mattresses, this is really strange and at odds with our guests feedback and so we can only assume this is due to the comfort of certain mattresses being an individual preference thing. Regardless, we will pass this feedback back to the owner for his consideration

It is such a shame that you did not mention all of these matters when you called the property managers out on the first night of your stay. They responded straight away and were happy to assist but you failed to mention these matters sadly. We encourage all guests to record any concerns when in the property as we can often assist there and then and are interested in ensuring our guests have a pleasant stay. The homeowner is actually replacing all of the mattresses in the home and so this should not be an issue for any future guests. The oven and dryer have been checked by our maintenance team and work perfectly well with no concerns. The fire alarms can start to chirp at any time and often with a change in temps. The property is checked prior to a guests arrival and any chirping at the time are changed out. We then rely on our guests to let us know if any start chirping during their stay and we are happy to assist. The spa was unfortunate as it did have an issue which did require a part to be ordered but this was done as soon as possible. The property management team for this home are excellent and very responsive and so we would encourage all guests to report in any concerns when in situ
