The moment you enter this vacation getaway, you won’t want to leave! From the spacious foyer, you will be welcomed into an enormous open kitchen/dining/living room area that directly overlooks the golf course fairway. Let your guests unwind in the living area enjoying the floor-to-ceiling gas-burning fireplace or watching their favorite shows on a wide-screen TV. They could also keep you company from the bar while you treat them to delicious snacks, drinks and meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. This getaway also boasts a sunroom and 2 spacious decks with gas grill off the dining area, which make for perfect places to grill your meals and for taking the entertaining outside.

This 3 bedroom home sleeps 7 on the lower level. The master bedroom, which has an en-suite bath, is furnished with a queen-size bed as well as a twin bed. Each of the remaining two bedrooms, which share a second bathroom, has a queen-sized bed. Pack light as you have access to a stackable washer/dryer.

This home is located at the foot of the Mount Washington Valley. Summers offer everything from horseback to hiking with plenty of biking, swimming, waterfalls and mountain top adventure in-between. Family attractions abound from trains to planes to automobiles. It is also in the middle of NH winter wonderland! This home is a 20 minute drive to King Pine Ski Area!
