Nice place

We had a nice stay. Condo is a little dated and the bedding could be updated. Pool area was nice and its a short walk to the beach. Only down side is no bathroom at the beach.

Lovely time!

Clean and comfortable, easy pool access. Easy access to multiple beaches, one walkable, some a very short drive. Would definitely stay again! Beautiful sunsets! Extremely responsive property manager.

Nice condo in FMB

We had a great time in this condo on FMB. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. The complex has a little way to go on hurricane repairs but the condo was 100%. Pool was great. Location was good. Looking forward to FMB recovery.

ADORABLE CONDO

The cuteness of this condo is so very cozy! We loved having the 2-bathrooms because there was me, 2-teen girls, and my husband! So, imagine 3 girls trying to get ready at the same time :) The location is great and the pool was so fun! It's the perfect home-away-from-home stay! xoxoxoxo

Clean , comfortable, condo.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Fort Myers. Unaware of the devastation that hurricane Ian had on the area, there is alot of demolished property but also quite alot of new construction and homes being built. We drove up and down the gulf coast. Captiva and Sanabel Island was beautiful. And there are lots of great restaurants. Never been in that part of Florida. Beaches are beautiful.

Nice long weekend stay. The place was spacious and clean. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Great location within steps of a shopping center that has multiple food options.. Nice stay

The appartements location is just across the street to the beach and at the quiter end of Estero Boulevard. Nicely decorated with a beach vibe. Bed and bathrooms are on the smaller side but will do. The kitchen is well equipped. The marina was under construction for the whole time, but repairs have to be done, so we didn't mind.The pool was for 3 buildings and got a bit crowded at peak times. People reserved their spots with towels early in the morning - seriously?? Check in and communication with the agency was great. Overall a very nice stay!

To much noise

We were not informed about the pressure washing and painting to the building we were staying in, We were up at 7am with the noise and they worked all day till 4pm not a very relaxing time. I would think twice before going and I would definetly check wor them still working. Other than that the pool was great and a very quite area when the workers were finished.

Sorry for the noise inconvenience. Compensation was given when we learned about the pressure washing. It has been completed.

Winter vacation

The place looked like the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach, pool was clean and heated. I felt safe walking and going to the beach by myself. There is a tram(bus) you can ride to get from one end of the stretch of beach to the other and you can get off at different places. Its easy to ride once you know the schedule. We did have a little miss communication with how to get onto our condo. But was straightened out with a phone call. Things are slowly building up from the hurricane a few years ago. But everything is clean. It was sad to see all the damage done.

Nice, well appointed. Looks like the pictures

Liked the location, pool. We didn’t experience construction noise. The only dislike was bug traps with cockroaches and we were kind of freaked out about that and gnats in the laundry room. Although I’ve heard Florida has that issue? The door code made access easy. There was a yellow substance in the dryer that got on my husbands shirt. It washed out later with soap and water. Also the dryer had a strange odor that smelled like corn on the cob?

Clean cozy condo

Check in instructions need to be updated, sent us to get keys and we were looking for an agency place that is not currently open, just to find out we didn’t need one, on the plus side my concern was addressed right away, even though it was after midnight, also may sure to bring soap and toilet paper from the get go there was nothing like that as a courtesy, the beach across the street is full of tree trunks and branches, we had to drive to another entrance and pay the 5$ per hour everyday, food selection is very limited in the island, as they are still recovering, we loved seeing the manatees everyday from the balcony and the building was clean and quiet, pool was great. I would return to that unit once the overall island situation improves.

Santa Maria

We had a wonderful time. The place was lovely and exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was easy. The driving and parking to and from was simple. The pool was sparkling and refreshing. Groceries and pharmacies were close by. We could not have asked for anything more.

Cute place - nice location

Really cute condo - love the decor and open floor plan downstairs. Short walk to beach - Info binder in living room was very helpful. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, plates, etc. plenty of bath towels Only critique is that rugs and throw pillows need replacement or a thorough cleaning. Very dirty looking. Also couch cushions were annoying to sit on as they slide off couch very easily.

Better value for longer stay

Nice condo, quiet locale (except road construction which will end someday), access to great stretch of beach. The owners clearly take pride in this property and they should. Condo needed a little maintenance (overhead lights worked only variably in kitchen and master bath but were scheduled for repair after our stay, no big deal). Well stocked kitchen in terms of pots and pans, cooking utensils. Nice appliances, TV's, etc.. The access is with a keypad which works fine but I would like a key so I could get in via stairwell rather than elevator. In terms of value, our stay was short (five days) which meant the fees were pretty high/per day. The base price is very reasonable so a longer stay might be a better value. But overall this is a nice home if looking for something quiet, off the beach but with beach access. Several decent restaurants in walking distance, too.

Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The location was perfect. The condo layout was great. Easy walk to the beach and to the plaza. We will definitely stay again.
