Summary:
Welcome to our beautifully decorated modern home in a private and friendly family neighborhood. Enjoy two master suites with attached baths, a huge private backyard, and a walking path leading to Tollgate Creek and park, all located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Conveniently located close to Southlands Mall, this is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. Come make yourself at home and experience the best of what the area has to offer! The Space:
This spacious, comfortable home features two master suites with King beds and Roku TV, each with an attached bathroom. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bath with a tub and shower combo. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs, and the laundry room is also stocked for your convenience. Relax on the comfortable couch and enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer. We can't wait to host you!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house, as well as the private backyard. There are two driveway parking spaces available for your use, however, please note that there is no garage access. Trash cans on the side of the home will be taken to street and back Tues-Thurs. The home is a trilevel and there are stairs up or down to all bedrooms.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is a walking path right out the front door for a quick walk through the neighborhood or adventure through the wildlife preserve area and Tollgate Creek a block away.

Getting Around:
RTD light rail station is 6 miles away. RTD provides easy access to Denver Airport and other popular destinations across the Denver Metro Area.

Other Things to Note:
Our home is located in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood, and we kindly ask that guests respect our quiet hours of 9pm to 6am. Please note that marijuana is not allowed on our property. Trash cans on the side of the home will be taken to street and back Tues-Thurs Thank you for understanding!

Great Location
The property was accurately described in the VRBO listing and provided very nice accommodations for our family/extended family. The neighborhood was safe, convenient and quiet. We enjoyed the varied decor throughout the home and found everything we needed for our ten day stay in Denver. The owner was also very easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this property to others and will seek out this property for availability on future stays in Denver.

Barry is a successful real estate professional and moved to Colorado over six years ago from Las Vegas. He continues to build his real estate business and is available to answer any real estate questions for our guests. Addy is a Colorado native and has her own business she runs from her home-office as well as her own home bakery called Addy Cakes of Colorado. When she is not working in her office, she is in the kitchen baking up something delightful. Together we enjoy the outdoors whether it's gardening, motocross, snowboarding or taking small vacations.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a walking path and wildlife reserve right out the front door. Southlands Mall, Walmart, Sam's Club, Sprouts and Safeway are only 5 minute drive away. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby including our favorite, Lazy Dog.

Denver International airport is approximately 30 minutes away and Downtown Denver is about the same without traffic. The closest main highways is E-470 which is 5 minutes away and would be the easiest route to Red Rocks or the mountains. Jumping on I-25 or I-70 is easy from this home.

This home is a great location in Colorado during any season. We've hosted business travelers, families, hikers, bike riders, snowboarders/skiers and anyone looking to explore Colorado or just needing a place to relax. Why not make this your next home away from home? We look forward to your visit.
