Our family has stayed at approximately 20-25 rental properties over the years and this property tops the list. Our family of nine (ages 6 thru 76) had plenty of room to be together as a family as well as individual privacy time with individual bedrooms with private deck space with chairs, rocking chairs and even a hammock. Communication with our host, Barb, was excellent and checking in/out a breeze. The house was spotless and had plenty of everything: dishes, sliver ware, pots and pans, shampoo/soap, bath towels and gas grill for outdoor cooking. The grill (which we used often) is a brand new Weber 4 burner gas grill with a large cooking area. A real bonus was all of the recreational items that were available for our personal use: beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, ice chest, sun shade, 2 kayaks and 2 bicycles. I highly recommend this beautiful home if you're ever in the Pawley's Island area.

The house was wonderful! In great condition and super clean, and the location was perfect. We loved having access to the bikes and kayaks on the property as well. The host was super helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

What a great house! Everything was clean, well supplied and fit our needs very well.We loved watching the Pelicans fish in the canal every morning while we ate breakfast. The housed is located in a lovely neighborhood as well, we enjoyed walking around it.Beds were good, kitchen well stocked with everything including some condiments. Parking under the house was handy as we had rain the day we left so we could pack up and stay dry. Would stay there again.

This house was perfect for our daughter’s wedding weekend. It is exactly as seen in the pictures and had beautiful indoor/outdoor views for bridal portraits. It was very close to Pawley’s Chapel for the wedding and Locals Restaurant ( highly recommend) so it worked perfectly. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The house was lovely - well furnished and stocked. The dock was a favorite of the kiddos and adults alike. We rented a golf cart, and it was super easy to get to the beach. Great stay! Thank you!

Nice and spacious home. Very accommodating for our group to be together and yet has many places for people to enjoy quiet moments by themselves. Everything worked as expected. Great amenities like kayaks and beach chairs. Even furnished beach towels which came in handy. All in we had a great stay.

Fabulous!

This is easily top of the list for my favorite VRBO houses! The house is fabulous- lots of windows, plenty of seating areas, decks off of all bedrooms, very clean and well stocked! We were there with my teenagers plus all of the grandparents and everyone loved it! Lots to do - beach, crabbing, fishing, kayaking, etc. Owner and care takers are very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Perfect for our family

The house is clean, well equipped, comfortable and has a lay out that works well for a family gathering. There are steps to be aware of with little tiny children, but we were aware and all worked just fine. The kitchen had all that we needed for dinner for 13. The response from the owner to a question we had was quick. Love the location and the view from all the porches is lovely. Highly recommend! We will be back.

We stayed for two nights and were in town for a wedding. Ahead of our stay, Barbara (Barb) was super responsive and flexible with a change in our dates and check in times. I know she can't always afford flexibility but she did where she could, which was appreciated.Waze directions worked perfectly and the check in procedure was very easy. The house is very nice, comfortable and welcoming. The views from the west facing bedrooms of the marsh was very cool (each had a patio). Barb had homemade brownies waiting for us on the counter and those lasted the stay because of how many there were but we made a nice dent immediately. They were tasty. Overall, we had great weather and the house was ideal!! Thank you Barb!!
