Our stay on Balboa Island was wonderful. The space is much larger than I initially thought, Jill made the check in process so easy and personalized. For those not familiar with the island, this location is perfect- so walkable to everything you’d want to do. My kids and I really just enjoyed the space. It’s quiet, clean, spacious and had everything you’d need for your stay. I would definitely recommend for a smaller group. Thank you Jill for a wonderful stay!

Great location to the Balboa Island shops. Host is super friendly and available for any needs. It was just my daughter and I, so the one bedroom with a separate area w/ sleeping couch was perfect.

This was our second stay at this home on Balboa Island and it was, once again, wonderful! The home is fully equipped and very quiet and Jill was welcoming and available. We love Balboa Island and enjoy being there during the Christmas boat parade week...walking, seeing the decorated homes and boats. Highly recommended!

A wonderful month on Balboa Island.

Such a beautiful residence and a wonderful owner that will make every effort to make your stay comfortable and you will want to return. The location is perfect, a block from shops and great eateries.

Lovely vacation at a wonderful property

We really enjoyed staying in this great property. We enjoyed the unique vintage design with private courtyard. Jill was great to work with. Excellent location on the island.

This beach bungalow was so perfect, and we hope to return soon. The kitchen was the most well-equipped I’ve seen with a Kitchenaid mixer, a salad spinner, real knives. Jill made it feel like we were welcomed into her guest home, so personable and thoughtful. The linens and beds were comfy. Lots of room for lounging on a delux sofa by the fireplace. My favorite was the courtyard which held two giant jade plants and palm trees. I wanted to just sit with friends and hang out in the sunshine in that private outdoor space. Jill was more than accommodating and very easy to reach if we needed anything - we didn’t because it was all there! And the location can’t be beat. Great for strolls around the island or shopping on the Main Street. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and a delux grocery store around the corner. Thank you!

Very clean new and great location. Rented during Covid was very impressed on how clean cottage was and very nice vibes. Love location.

Instant Vacation Vibes

The cottage gives out vacation vibes from the minute you enter the courtyard. Location can’t be beat- park your car and walk everywhere. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, comfortable accommodations and wonderful host.

A short block from downtown area with shops and dining. Quiet neighborhood with a very friendly cat next door. I've stayed here previously and will in the future.

Wonderful location very nearby the shops and restaurants of Balboa Island. Jill was very responsive and friendly. I really appreciated being able to park my full sized Tundra as parking on Balboa can be very difficult.
