One of the only complaints I had was the barbecue was hooked up to a propane tank and not natural gas and the propane tank was empty, but the owners had someone come in and exchange it right away.

Amazing, spacious, super clean and well-maintained beach-front home. House had great amenities, with direct access to your own gorgeous and clean beach with views from nearly every window. The screens in the windows are great so you can open the windows and listen to the ocean all night and keep bugs away. The beach itself was pristine! No seaweed, gorgeous light and soft sand, not rocky like many beaches you find in Maine or on the Cape. Owners are super responsive and helpful with recommendations for dining an activities. 10/10 stay, we can’t wait to come back again soon!

What a beautiful home and view! This was perfect to bring family together to ring in the new year. It had everything we needed including dishes and games for the kids. The hosts were excellent and responsive when we had a few questions. Would love to stay again, everyone loved it!

Another Great Stay!!

This home is a family favorite! We have come here in the Fall 3 of the last 4 years and hope to be back again next year. Great place to relax, with nearby hiking, shopping and numerous other activities.

This property is all about the location it is really lovely. There are things with the house that need improvement which I sent to owner. For the price that is charged I think there’s room for improvement. It is always a beautiful spot that’s hard to beat. I would say that if you have people that like dark rooms there’s only 2 bedrooms with full window coverings. So being blackout curtains unless that changes. It’s extremely bright in the morning.

Family Time 2024

We love this property. This is our second year- from infants to grandparents our family had so much fun relaxing and playing. The beach is amazing. Looking forward to our 2025 visit.

Late Winter Family Getaway

My family has been vacationing on Drakes Island for 30+ years. In the past few years, we have added a long weekend tradition in the late winter or early spring. This is our second year staying at this property. We have loved every second of it and definitely plan to be back!

Summer 2023

Magical Family vacation, we had a large group including five little ones. We had so much fun every day between the beautiful beach and large yard and the house was immaculate. This property is one of our favorites and we look forward to our next stay.
