Excellent stay at an excellent property. Very nice and spacious house with a great deck and gorgeous views. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Only slight complaint is the kitchen pots and pans could use updating. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing view

Host was really great. It was a really great stay and looking forward to booking with the host in the future. The view was really amazing. This is truly adult place for a get away.

Beautiful home and location!

We had so much fun, fishing, swimming, antiques shopping and wine tasting!! Great family home and Debbie was such a great host! Always quick to answer questions. We did a family vacation but would be great for a couple as well.

Awesome pool

Enjoyed the view of the lake while floating around in the outdoor pool. Lake was at full capacity, but we did have difficulty getting our kayaks down to the water. Very comfortable accommodations and decor.. Great stay and would rent again..!

Very Cool House

This house is cool. It has a Frank Lloyd Wright meets The Incredibles 2 vibe on Lake Buchanan and it is cool. It's a great location if you're going to Spider Mountain. The host was kind, accommodating, and helpful.

What a beautiful Mid Century Modern style house! The views of the lake are amazing and the pool/hot tub was a big hit with everyone. The lake water was super cold- but it's only mid May, so it will probably warm up by July/August.The only thing that surprised us was the very hard water. They do offer filtered water at the kitchen sink, and you need it to make ice, coffee, tea, etc. We'll come again someday in the late summer hopefully.

Relaxing Getaway!!

Chose this property for its groovy mid century vibes, pool and hot tub and waterfront perks- did not disappoint! House has everything you need for cooking up big family dinners by the pool! Nature everywhere- Lake Buchanan water level is low so we couldn't rent a boat close to the house, but the Colorado River in Kingsland was super close and the day trip easy. Would absolutely visit again- great for older children and teens!

Fun house!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It’s not really meant for young kids, which the property owner warned us of, but our 7 yr olds did great. The views were beautiful, the pool was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owners were communicative and told us everything we needed to know before we arrived. I only didn’t give it 5 stars because the outside amenities (ping-pong table, pool and deck furniture) was pretty cobwebby.

Wonderful Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed Debby's beautiful home. All the mid century modern charm of Mad Men plus a healthy dose of Texas hill country! We loved venturing out during the day--we boated on Lake LBJ, explored Colorado Bend State Park, and hiked Enchanted Rock. The house was conveniently located for all of these day trips. We'd come home, cook dinner, and enjoy the sunset and pool before heading to bed. Debby was extremely helpful and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. Highly, highly recommend!

Burnet

The house architecture is fantastic and incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool. However, the lake was low, making it challenging to reach. Fortunately, we discovered in the neighborhood a nearby area where we could take the grandchildren fishing. I encountered a minor issue, but Debby promptly addressed it, ensuring excellent communication throughout the process.

Awesome views and pool

I rented this house for my girlfriends birthday. We normally float the rivers in the hill country every August but we were worried about water levels and the pool and view of the lake from pictures sold us. They are spot on! Amazing sunsets from the pool every evening. The house had everything we needed and Debby was easy to contact when I had questions. Thanks for being a great host Debby. Michael
