This was the best place I have ever stayed, loved the peace and quite the cabin offers, and the sugar pine lake is just dwn the road no more than 2 minutes away, for fishing swimming and it's Beautiful. The host was very helpful and went out of her way to help make our stay as pleasant as possible I will definitely be back!!!

The place was so cool and peaceful I Extended my stay four times lol, it was hard to leave it was so nice, had a nice pool table that kept us busy while at the cabin during the night, cant say enough good things just don't get any better than this for me.... The host was the best, down to earth people with a beautiful cabin to share with everyone. Thank You

Fantastic stay in the woods

We had an excellent stay. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. The surrounding area had nice hikes and swimming options. We would definitely return.

Weekends Get Away

Stayed over the memorial weekend. Host was very accommodating to our needs and responsive to messages. Grest location, plenty of yard space and room in the house.

Loved this place

Beautiful place !!! Trees everywhere a beautiful lake nearby and the stars were amazing . Loved coming back to this place after our daily activities . Had a lot of fun playing pool and board games with the family , great place to get away from the distractions of day to day life and relax !!

Wonderful getaway place

Wanted to getaway from the crazy city life but I also wanted a touch of modernness. This cabin was perfect. Would definitely recommend this to other folks wanting to escape into the woods

Winter Wonderland

Our family had a wonderful stay at this little cabin in the woods. It was a true winter wonderland. Shelli was an amazing host. So thoughtful and kind, we felt like she was family. She went over and beyond to make our stay wonderful. My son had a blast running through the woods, making a snowman, sledding....all the fun winter things. The pups had fun playing in the snow and walking through the woods. It was purely magical. We can't wait to visit again!

Off the main drag

Loved this property! A bit further off main rds than expected but just made it that more enjoyable and quiet. Enjoyed how host welcomed us to use the house fireplace, and we used it! The host answered all my random questions within minutes of me sending. Do note cell service is pretty non-existant. A text might go out (my carrier isnt the best) but definitely used the wifi and other lines of communication. Beds were very comfortable. Just a perfect "like home" stay.

Cute, remote cabin

The cabin was accurately advertised. It was a bit far from town for our purposes, but I didn't realize that when I booked it. Owner was very responsive, kind and helpful! Overall, the place was wonderful. This would be a great place to go and stay for a relaxing few days away from it all. There are a lot of lights, but they are low output, so it was hard to get enough light. We needed some ventilation upstairs, but one of the windows wouldn't open due to the blinds being installed incorrectly. There are lots of games provided and flotation devices for lake fun. Overall, a good experience!

This place was absolutely amazing and very clean, I would highly recommend this cozy little cabins in the mountains to anyone that loves peace and quite as it is remote and away from the hustle and bustle.... I loved it so much I rented the place for five weeks and if I was ready to retire I'd buy the place. The owners were very nice and were quick to offer any help with anything we might need and the pricing was more than fair. Thank You again for letting us stay at your awsome cabin and for your kindness, there needs to be more people in this world like you!!!

Floyd was an amazing guest. Him and the people he was with took very good care of the property. They communicated well. They are an absolute joy to host. I welcome him back anytime and highly recommend him to other hosts.

Loved swing

Would go back for sure. Minutes to lake, paddle board heaven. Loved the piece, grandson loved the swing most of all. The basketball net and outdoor bathroom were also a great hit. Grandson was a little disappointed that there was no Bigfoot siting. Lol

Amazing 😍

The host was amazing and flexible for check in and out. They provided all and above the necessities for our stay. There were five of us and we slept comfortably with four beds upstairs and one pull-out couch. Having the extra outdoor bathroom was a life saver! We were able to prepare meals and BBQ with no issues. We sat on the observation deck at night and were able to appreciate the stars. All of the trails and streams/lakes were close by. What a wonderful experience! We will be coming back.

Beautiful, quiet, serene

Very nice house in the woods, quiet, house has everything you need but no regular TV programs, has wifi, must run generator to use certain appliances, we had to run it some to put water in holding tank, loved it very senic, but a long drive to only town with anything, foresthill, roads are small and lots of s curves, takes almost and hout to get to Auburn, on hilly winding roads, but if you want to relax and not go anywhere its very nice, owner is also very nice.

Awesome Place

We had such a relaxing time at this cozy home. Shelli was such a great host and she made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to our request. The Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. We look forward to our next vacation.
