Great Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is inviting, comfortable and clean. Well located with a view on a golf course which make it quiet. Friendly and peaceful neighborhood. Great for a long term location. The condo matched with the description. The pool and lounging areas is closed during the winter time so we could not enjoy it during the warm weather in March.

Not clean, AC set on 78, Cable didn’t wirk

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the place had not been cleaned. We had to vacuum, wash bed linens, and wipe down countertops before we could even use them. The cable boxes had expired, so the TVs were not working. We arrived on Wednesday, and on Thursday WE had to sit and wait for Spectrum to arrive and repair ONLY the living room cable box. It was 78 degrees in the condo. We turned the AC back and as soon as we left it was remotely turned up. My husband spent the day there Friday, had the AC on 68 all day. s soon as we left, it was turned back to 78, which leads me to believe we were being watched somehow. The maintenance guy was unfriendly and unhelpful with the TVs and the AC. There were 2 bath towels total in the condo, with 2 bathrooms. We used our beach towels to get by. There’s no number to call to get help with anything. Just a text messaging service that the sweetest girl at the front desk monitors, but she’s pretty busy to be attentive to a messaging service on top of all the other things she’s doing. She was the best part of the stay. I would not recommend using this service again.

Great place!

We loved our stay! Amazing view and very comfortable. We had plenty of space for 5 guests. It was a quick drive to the beach and restaurants. We'll definitely be back.

Unit good, Palmetto terrible

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The people at the management office were rude, inconsiderate, and dishonest. At check in, woman was completely rude and unit wasn’t ready when they said it would be. When we finally got in, about 5pm, there was no bedding or towels. I had to call the “emergency line” which goes to voicemail and you’re supposed to leave a message, however, the mailbox was FULL! Our bedding and towels arrived at 9pm, nothing like making your own used bed late at night after a long ride and waiting for your unit to not be ready. We tried to talk to Palmetto but they couldn’t have cared less. The unit had all the things we needed beyond that, and is much nicer than the pictures. I recommend you NOT use Palmetto and go elsewhere!!

JUST GREAT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nous avons sincèrement apprécié ce choix. Très comparable avec les choix des années passées au Brighton, Hampton North. Contrairement aux années passées, pas sur le bord de la mer mais sur le long d'un parcours de golf. Situé un peu plus au Sud, mais très bien situé. On a beaucoup aimé ce complexe.
