The house is in good order. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need. A/C units are working well and are quite sufficient. The host is very responsive to requests and very accommodating. I wish there were more shelving or drawers available to store our clothes.We were family of four (with two kids) and we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We’ll stocked.

This rental had everything we needed-sheets&towels, well stocked kitchen, nice beach chairs and umbrella, great TV, near vineyards, very clean and taken care of.

Fabulous Cottage!

We loved our time at this cottage. Quaint and updated. Short walk to the Sound and the community is so quaint, and so close to all things beautiful on the North Fork. Owner was so considerate and responsive! We will be back!!!! 💜💜💜

Great weekend getaway !!!

We were traveling in for the Palm Tree Music Festival in Westhampton for a quick weekend, I was in search for a place that could accommodate 5 of us for a reasonable price but also somewhere if we had time Sunday we could go to beach or do activities. This cottage was just perfect! The owner was so helpful and nice about everything and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and enjoy our stay! They even included a bottle of wine and a bag of chips and left a personal note. The place was small but very clean and really had everything we needed for the short time we were there. We were able to enjoy the beach on Sunday as well! Although the beach is rocky the short walk and the each chairs and towels that were provided for us were fantastic and we enjoyed Sunday there! The description and pictures are exactly how it was. I would highly recommend this adorable cottage to anyone in need of a weekend getaway or even a full weeks vacation, being that there is so much to do around the area!!!
