Nestled in downtown Salida on the Arkansas River- this updated getaway has everything needed to make your Rocky Mountain vacation perfect! Steps to restaurants, shops and art galleries. And, minutes to miles of hiking/biking trails on the Salida Mountain Trail system.

This home offers:
-2 Bedrooms with Queen size pillow top mattresses & Smart TV in each bedroom with the Queens
-1 Bedroom with 4 bunk beds
-2 Well behaved dogs are allowed
-Wi-fi
-Smart TV located in front and back living room
-2 Bathrooms
-Full size laundry room
-Riverfront
-Covered Back Deck

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

The coffee bar was a nice touch and we enjoyed it. The outdoor seating was nice. Beds were comfortable. Fans were a help. Bath and shower mats would be a good idea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay including sitting out front with our morning drinks.

The rental property is as advertised, location to town can’t be beat, no air conditioning in warm weather is a challenge it would be nice if bedrooms had ceiling fans, house is clean and up to date, beautiful fenced yard is fantastic for those traveling with dogs, we did feel like the rental price was very high, but then perhaps it is the going rate for a place in town that allows dogs

Spacious, clean home with plenty of plates, silverware, coffee cups. Well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Nice yard if we had brought a dog. Excellent location for a short walk to town. We would love to stay here again.

This is a great rental if you are looking to enjoy the Arkansas River and the Creative District of Salida. It's a quick five minute walk to all the restaurants and bars in Salida, and it's right on the river (and the same five minutes to Riverfront park). The unit itself was perfectly appointed with everything that we needed, and the management company (Pinon) is exceptional in their communications and follow up before and during our stay. The unit is roomy and the fully fenced backyard is perfect if you are bringing your dog. I really enjoyed my stay here, and would recommend this place very highly.

May not be able to find a better location within Salida. River & Wildlife in the back yard and an easy walk of just a few minutes into town. Sleeping situation left a little to be desired, and be careful of the TV remote if in the front bedroom as it will also turn on the TV in the living room.

Close to town and outdoor activities

Great location to walk into town and a short drive to great hiking. Our pup loved it and the back patio was very relaxing.

Great Location to Downtown and Bike Trails

The house had everything we needed. The location was great, allowing us the ability to easily walk downtown and access the mountain bike trails. The kids loved the backyard and view of the river.

Perfect Place for Family & Friends in Salida

Easy check in. Excellent location in 5 min walking distance from downtown Salida. Home provided extra towels, small toys, and cozy space for us to spend the holiday weekend with friends and family. Would stay again!

Great home right on river

This house was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. We will definitely be back! We loved that we could walk into town but the house was quiet and private enough to enjoy the river in the backyard

Wonderful location

This rental is in a wonderful location. We could walk to shops and dining easily. It was very quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked. Would definitely book again!

House is walking distance to downtown Salida. Very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. It’s larger than it looks with nice and updated amenities. Beautiful view of the river. The bedroom I stayed in with my husband has a bed next to wall. I prefer beds where you can exit on both sides and larger bedrooms. Other than that there was room in living rooms and dining room. Great for a larger crowd which we had.

Winter in Salida

This was our first visit to Salida in the winter and it was very nice. Friendly community with lots of activities near by. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked we would definitely stay here again.
