We absolutely loved this house and location. We had six friends that stayed here and it was all we hoped for. Short drive to Key West and close to grocery stores for food. The pool was excellent as we stayed on some of the hottest days in the summer. We only have one suggestion (not a negative by any means) put the TV (the one out on the patio) to face the pool so you could watch it from sitting in the pool. Or somehow put it on a swivel. We had some friends visit as you can see in the pics but the little lizard was a constant and we loved him. For all future renters- his name is now Winston!! All in all everything was wonderful and super easy to deal with.

House and location were perfect. Very close 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool was great! House was very nice for 3 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom and wasn’t on top of each other. House had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again in the near future.

The pool was excellent .. worth heating it … we spent so much time in the tiki hut.. great structure ….kitchen well stocked Location easy to get to restaurants… we named our gecko Harry…. Wish we didn’t have to leave

Paradise found

Tingler retreat has it all! My family loved every minute of relaxing in this well appointed house. The backyard area was our favorite hang out spot. We spent a lot of time in the pool and chilling under the tiki hut… complete with outdoor TV. Early morning walks to Sombrero beach everyday. Bikes, kayaks, floats, fishing gear, coolers, stand up paddle boards, outdoor games, outdoor grilling… This ranch style house was perfect for all our needs. Stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and the list goes on. I always bring my own but this property had everything you could possibly think of!

The house was just like listed! We paid to heat the pool & it was well worth it & so warm with the cooler weather we experienced while there. Host communicated well, answering all of our questions & giving us all the information we needed for our stay. Perfect location, less than 1/2 a mile walk to sombrero beach. House was easy to find & had plenty of room for 3 couples!

Great Place!

House is just as pictured and described. Very well equipped with everything you would need for fun family vacation. Kitchen is well stocked with all necessities. Seem-less process from check-in to check-out. Quiet with plenty privacy and great pool! Plenty of parking room for vehicles or boat. Heated pool was amazing! Everything you need is within 3-5 miles of the house. very clean and welcoming. Meredith is great and very responsive. Will be back to this property many times to come!

Had an incredible week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Tingler Retreat. It is well supplied with dishes and cookware, clean linens, pool toys, beach chairs, bikes and kayaks. The back yard is it’s own retreat and very relaxing. Enjoyed sunsets on the beach a short walk away and visiting Key West for a day. Our family all agreed we could stay here again - we had a great time!! Communication leading up to our stay and during was quick and appreciated.

Great Stay, Again.

We’ve stayed at Tingler several times and it never disappoints. It was nice to see and use the new tiki hut on the back deck. Great place to stay for a week, if we’re back in the area we’ll definitely stay here again.

Amazing property

We absolutely loved staying in this property. The house is amazing and had everything we needed. The fishing in the canal was great and we caught snook and tarpon right from the dock.

Great Stay

We have stayed at many Marathon VRBO's in the past and this place is at the top of the heap. Great location, great pool area. Kitchen well stocked with quality utensils. No steps to climb was a plus. Even caught a tarpon off the dock one day. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

The House with Everything!

We loved our stay! The kitchen was fully stocked, the garage had all the toys, and we caught tons of fish right from the dock. It was a wonderful trip!

Great Vacation!

We stayed here for a week and the property was as nice as depicted online. This is a great location with everything you need! The owners were very responsive and addressed any issues immediately. We had a great time!

Perfect Marathon Stay

Great location and amazing outdoor set up. Access to the one bathroom from the pool was the perfect set up! The place is fully stocked with everything you could need! Meredith was in contact with us on check in and check out to ensure everything went smoothly.

Best House in the Keys

Great location. Publix and the Ocean are very close. Ample parking for vehicles and trailers. Lots of room for stuff in the garage and back yard.

Marathon Paradise

Pictures don’t do Tingler justice. The home, pool and patio were wonderful. We had three generations and everyone had a great time. The pool and tiki hut are amazing. Meredith was quick to respond to any questions we had. Our family can’t wait to go back!

Great property, very nice renovations. Everything in the kitchen you need if you decide to eat in.

A nice retreat

The house is situated on a canal in a great location for boating both in the ocean and the gulf. The house was very clean and had everything we needed plus bikes, kayaks and pool games. The new tiki hut by the pool was a life savor in the hot August heat. Also the home is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The property manager answered all my questions promptly.

Special Birthday Trip

Perfect from beginning to end. Outdoor living space/pool are awesome. We didn't spend much time inside. Right on the canal so we had an easy place to dock our boat. All around a great experience.
