Wonderful place to stay! I was worried a bit since it was a carriage house- it was FANTASTIC! Felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. Very quiet, perfect location- great amenities! Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious for a studio/carriage house. The location was great for us. We walked to Watercolor Beach Club and Seaside Center several times. Great bike/walking trails and Camp Watercolors was right behind us. We actually met our host on our last day and learned that he owned two restaurants near by. Wished we had known earlier, but I have saved the names and we will definitely try them out on our next visit.

What an amazing place to stay! We had everything that we needed and the place was beautiful, comfortable, private and so relaxing! Tom and Leslie went above and beyond making us feel welcome and making sure we had all that we needed! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was well-equipped with everything we needed and quite spacious for a studio. Very convenient to all the amenities in Watercolor. The hosts were gracious and responsive. Would highly recommend to any individuals/couples looking to stay in Watercolor!

We can’t say enough great things about Tom and Leslie! They were incredible hosts from start to finish. The cottage was beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. One of the biggest perks was having access to the WaterColor pools and beach through the wristbands provided with our stay.What really stood out to us, though, was the hospitality. We arrived the day after the hurricane, and after dealing with flight cancellations and travel issues, we ended up driving in well after midnight. The cottage was still without power from the storm, but Tom stayed up late to make sure we arrived safely and could find our way in. He even went out of his way to prepare food for us and had it waiting in the fridge, along with drinking water. After such a long and stressful travel day with my pregnant wife and 2 year, that meant more to us than he probably realizes.Another highlight of our trip was getting to visit Tom’s restaurant, Lola’s. Tom is a chef, and we can confidently say the Italian food was absolutely incredible! Everything we tried was delicious, and we highly recommend making a stop at Lola’s during your stay. You won’t regret it!It’s rare to come across hosts who genuinely care this much about their guests. Tom and Leslie went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and we couldn’t be more appreciative. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

This was a great unit in Watercolor for my husband and I to rent for a week at the beach. It has a kitchenette and washer/dryer unit that was helpful to have. Bikes were provided and we used them daily to get around. The unit was very clean and as described. I would have easily given 5 stars but we had an issue checking in when we first arrived. The hosts had indicated they would send the access code to the rental right before check in (4 pm). We had not received the code by then and our arrival time was 5:15, so I messaged the host for the code on the app. After no response for 30 minutes I tried calling and leaving a voicemail with no response. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone with VRBO who had to reach out to the host several times before we received the code. We had to wait in the parking lot of the nearby grocery store while VRBO sorted everything out. Except for this, it was a perfect rental.

The apartment was perfect for us. We were there to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and had a wonderful time. The apartment was in a great location and having the 2 bikes included was a perfect. We loved our time there and Tom was very nice. Thank you so much for renting the unit to us.. we loved it!!
