Best View on the Beach

What a fantastic view of the beach from all rooms! The unit was as advertised and had everything we needed. Management was very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back!

Coastal Waters Vacation

Great ocean view and access to beach. Easy in and out of property. TV in room did not work. Sheets could have been cleaner. Otherwise it was awesome and I would stay again and highly recommend.

Thanks Tim! Glad you enjoyed your stay! We replaced the TV in the bedroom with a brand new 43 inch Roku this past weekend after finding out the issue. Also, appreciate the note the sheets, we purchased Hotel Signature Antimicrobial 800 Thread Count Supima Cotton hotel sheets. I am going to check with the laundry service immediately to ensure the cleaning quality of these sheets so that your next stay will be even better! We look forward to having you return!

Ocean front accommodation

Liked the apartment and view superb as ground level on ocean. Grounds around patio needed repair and were grubby. Pool truly heated & lovely. Owner didn't reply to calls or emails. Very annoying. Otherwise nice.

Cute hotel. Love the location of our room … right on the beach and cute fenced yard. The outside door to our room didn’t have our room number on it so I was circling the place late at night trying to find our room. No one around to ask so communication score not great. We will be back and hope to book the same room … now that I know where it is !!

Great stay! 10/10

The space was beautiful as pictured and steps away from the beach. I came with my boyfriend and it was the perfect getaway. The host was readily available. I left my necklace and they shipped it back to me with no problem. The overall experience was great! Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Inexperienced Owner

Couldn’t access the property on time. Coffee mugs with lipstick in the cupboard. Beach access is about 200ft away as the gate in the photos is inaccessible. It put a damper on the experience for me as a person with mobility issues. Property manager said they “were not aware” which they should’ve been as it’s their job. The tables are cute but not likely to hold up to wear and tear in a rental. They should be replaced with something designed for high use. The windows also don’t stay open so if you are thinking you’ll go to sleep listening to the waves you can forget it.

Thanks Samantha for staying with us! We changed our cleaning services effective (4/15/2021) The gate from from the door of the unit is aprox 32 feet, we measured this week :) Unfortunately it does not have a handicapped accessible ramp. It is a private beach gate access with 8 wooden steps to the beach. We hope the the new tables do last as they can expand to accommodate 4 seats. We now have an FAQ on how to open them. The space is about 600 square feet so we try to find furniture that serves functionality as well as provide style :) Great observation on the windows! The property is literally on the ocean so we have high impact and heavy windows to protect us from the hurricanes, so we now have incorporated a stand to support the strong windows.

Condo rental

This vacation was great. The bldg was excellent. The location was perfect. I intend to go again. The people from Coastal Water were wonderful. I would have liked more info before the day before I arrive, but when I finally got it the info was perfect.
