You have two comfortable bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed, soft bedding & blackout coverings to help you rest. The layout works well for two couples, work trips or a small family. In the living room there is a sofa bed that is best for one adult or two small children, so the most comfortable setup is four or five guests even though the maximum is six.

The main living level is bright & welcoming with large windows, a cozy seating area & TV for movie nights after exploring downtown. The flow between living room, dining area & kitchen makes it easy to spread out yet still feel connected. In summer you can open the patio door for fresh air & use the fans or ventilation to keep the space comfortable.

The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook breakfast before a day at the lake or prepare simple dinners at home. •⁠ Winter access In snowy months the driveway and surrounding streets can be slippery. A vehicle with good winter tires is recommended and you may prefer to park at street level if conditions are severe.
