Place was clean and easy to access. Has everything you need. Price is high for the tiny space you get but this is average for anything you pay for in Canmore/Banff. So just general complaint.

The suite is well equipped, clean and the bed is comfortable. The check-in process could be far easier by providing the FOUR separate passcodes all in the same email. The code for the main building entry, the code for the parking entry, the code for the shared suite door, and the code for the actual suite door must be CLEARLY summarized so guests do not have to scan through emails looking for these numbers after a very long day of travel. Alternatively, the programable locks could be changed to the last four digits of the guests cell phone number for ease of entry prior to their arrival. The suite is exceptionally small, which we knew. We were only there to sleep and were fine with the limited space. The price point was the reason we chose the suite, since other accommodations were upwards of 700!

Room was clean and well equipped, but very small, essentially just a bed to sleep on and a bathroom. The room was very hot on the first day/night (outside temp was 20 C, so not related to outside), and the window crankle handle was broken so didn't open beyond 5 degrees. Next day called host and after some back and forth service was sent to fix the window. Opening the window fully and turning on the fans helped bring down the temperature to a reasonable level. But if the outside temperature is really high, I think the room temperature would be uncomfortable (there's no A/C). The location was nice and lively, about 40 min to Banff town (and 50 min to Lake Louise).

Host got back to messages in a timely manner. Access to the building was very easy, and instructions on how to get to the property were very straightforward. The room was on the smaller side, but perfect for what we needed for a couple day stay.

I contacted the owner Ben for check in information, he was great! The property is very well maintained. The underground parking meant that the car was warm & snow free we went to use it . Very happy with room & will recommend it to my friends!

Amazing place with an excellent location! The host was very easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly. This place was the easiest to find by far! Their instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I especially appreciated the underground heated parking space. The area was very quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed! I will definitely consider staying here again next time I plan to visit Canmore.
