The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW
All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We love where this property is located because I bring my 87yo mother and with the sun deck, I can enjoy sunbathing but can also watch her and the dogs above me enjoying the deck outside the room.

Luv OceanParkResort BUT…

…before unpacking my bags, I had to do some SERIOUS cleaning. Thankful I ALWAYS bring my disinfectant with me. The floors had not been swept or moped. Caked on food on the kitchen/bath tile required a sharp edged tool (dogs started licking😵‍💫). Kitchen utensils had food on them. Hardwood floors needed sweeping and a good mop!! Floor lamp needs replacement. Night stand…not sure if it needed another lightbulb or a new lamp… one light worked. Refrigerator was set TOO HIGH! It ruined some vegetables I had stored in there. In the bathroom underneath the wooden shelf, needs an overdue mopping!! Stove light did not work. Overall, this room was NOT a clean room. Maybe more supervision is needed to assure that at the most, a thorough cleaning is being done for not only the safety of our pets but for our safety, the occupant, as well.

Great if your there for the beach

If you’re there mainly for a beach stay, this is the place. Can’t help getting sand between your toes no matter what. Dog friendly, you better like them too. Glad to know renovations are underway, popcorn ceiling crest snow all over the room, glad the was a broom in the closet. Otherwise it’s a nice place just not what I really needed for a few days at Myrtle beach, more business than play

Great for Dogs

I really enjoyed our trip. The Dogs came with us so we needed a pet friendly hotel. Really enjoyed seeing all the furrr babies and everyone was friendly. The rooms are a little rough and have some damages but that is ok to be expected for older and dog friendly accommodations. Great hotel otherwise

Enjoyed my stay. Room was very clean. Property clean. Stayed at their sister properties before. This was my first stay here. They have move to the top with me and my fur baby. Everyone was very friendly. I will be staying again❤.
