Benvenuti in paradiso!

Entrando in questo elegante attico a concetto aperto, sarete accolti da viste mozzafiato sull'oceano. Questo condominio di prestigio si trova direttamente sul fronte del complesso e offre viste panoramiche senza ostacoli. Lo spazio abitativo a pianta aperta è inondato di luce dalle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto. Questo condominio splendidamente decorato è l'orgoglio e la gioia dello sviluppatore ed è stato amorevolmente decorato con splendide opere d'arte e arredi ed è decorato con un tema balinese. D3 a Luna Encantada, nel cuore di Playa del Carmen, ed è uno spettacolo da ammirare con marmo e travertino in tutto, compreso lo spazioso balcone. È davvero uscito da una rivista. Con il suo balcone di dimensioni doppie e il tetto privato completamente arredato, ti crogiolerai nel lusso, nella privacy e nello spazio. Il design di questo condominio evoca la sensazione di galleggiare proprio sopra l'oceano!

La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata offre ripiani in granito, pavimenti in marmo travertino, bar per la colazione con sgabelli, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile (lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero, piano cottura e forno) e stoviglie complete. Anche mentre fai uno spuntino godrai della vista sull'oceano! Walmart è a pochi isolati a piedi per rifornire il tuo condominio. O lasciaci rifornire il tuo condominio di generi alimentari mentre sorseggi una margarita a bordo piscina. (Verrà applicato un costo molto ragionevole + costo della spesa.)

La zona pranzo offre un grande tavolo da pranzo rotondo con piano in vetro ed eleganti posti a sedere per 6 persone.

Zona giorno
Splendidamente decorato, luminoso e spazioso con molta luce. Goditi il relax sul grande divano accogliente o sulle sedie di grandi dimensioni mentre ti godi una vista ininterrotta sull'oceano. Guarda Cozumel Island illuminarsi di notte mentre senti la brezza leggera nell'aria e senti le onde dell'oceano che lambiscono la riva. C'è una TV a schermo piatto a parete più lettore DVD.

Balcone / tetto privato
L'ampio balcone avvolgente è completamente arredato con sedie, tavoli da pranzo e lettini dove è possibile rilassarsi durante la giornata o cenare all'aperto. Sorseggia il tuo caffè mentre il sole del mandarino sorge sull'oceano. Sali le scale fino al tuo tetto privato dotato di pavimento in travertino, amaca, tavolo da pranzo, sedie e lettini. C'è anche una zona salotto con nuovi mobili da esterno circondata da piante tropicali. È il luogo ideale per cenare, rilassarsi, giocare a carte e rilassarsi mentre si guarda l'alba e il tramonto. Non crederai a questo spazio tranquillo che è tutto tuo!

Piscina / Spiaggia
La rinfrescante piscina a sfioro si affaccia sull'oceano e gode di una sezione idromassaggio idromassaggio. Un punto forte dell'ospite sono i lettini e gli ombrelloni privati che vengono allestiti ogni giorno sulla spiaggia. (Questo è solo per gli ospiti di Luna.) Offriamo un servizio spiaggia dedicato, inclusa la consegna di cibi e bevande dai beach club locali direttamente sul lettino. (Costo del cibo / bevande e mancia extra.) Oppure sentiti libero di portare il tuo refrigeratore fornito. Qui non ci sono guerre per le sedie a sdraio! C'è una doccia esterna per sciacquare la sabbia.

Master: spazioso master con letto matrimoniale con vista sulla piscina e sull'oceano, cabina armadio. Bagno in marmo adiacente con i suoi lavandini + doccia in vetro. Aria condizionata regolabile autonomamente, ventilatore a soffitto.

Seconda Camera: spaziosa con 2 letti queen size, cabina armadio e bagno in marmo per gli ospiti adiacente con doccia in vetro. A / c + ventilatore a soffitto a controllo individuale.

Il condominio offre splendidi bagni piastrellati in granito, materassi e lenzuola di qualità, teli da bagno e da spiaggia.

L'affascinante complesso boutique ha solo 24 unità che rendono più di una vacanza intima. Amerai le sculture accattivanti, le opere d'arte, la fontana che scorre e lo splendido paesaggio tropicale. La tua oasi tropicale.

Luna Encantada è eccezionalmente ben posizionato. Esci dalla porta e sei a pochi passi dal divertimento 5th Avenue, bar sulla spiaggia, sport acquatici, ristoranti, massaggi sulla spiaggia, shopping e altro ancora. Non è necessario noleggiare un'auto perché Playa è una città pedonale. Trascorri una giornata visitando i parchi ecologici (Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor ecc.), Le antiche rovine Maya, il rivestimento della giungla, le immersioni subacquee, lo snorkeling o la visita di città coloniali! Tanto da godere nel gioiello della Riviera Maya. (Possiamo assistervi con gite di un giorno.)

Great location, great property

As close to perfection as you can get. Not one complaint. Perfect location, breathtaking views, unit was well equipped, clean and spacious, staff were friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Heart of Playa del Carmen

Condo was perfect for our party of 5. On the beach. Great food in restaurants on either side (Fusion is a fantastic for hanging out and great Mexican food). Roof top deck was a favorite of my wife and teenage daughters. 1/2 block to the middle of 5th Avenue. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! We loved the unit and the location was so easy. The view is beautiful. We were happy to accept the help of the recommended driver for our transfers and outings and found him to be professional and communicative. We met other friendly guests as well while we spent time at the pool. The setting felt very safe and family-friendly. We loved the rooftop patio early in the mornings or in the evenings when everything was dry (we had a bit of rain a few times). We were disappointed that Fusion was closed during our stay, so there was not quite as much beach club food etc avaialble…Inti was delicious but more expensive, so we only ate there once and got a few drinks there. The unit was very clean in general but we gave 4 stars because there were little bugs that would come out almost immediately on the kitchen counter if we left food out even briefly. They were tiny and seemed harmless but annoying, like ants. Keeping the area clean kept them at bay, but we ended up storing food and beverages only in the high cupboards or in the fridge as a result.While the music next door is noticeable, it is festive and not problematic. It gets quiet by 10:30 or so and also is not so loud when you are inside the unit. I was so glad about all of the different patio spots for sitting - we are a family of readers and everyone always had a comfy place.We had a wonderful week!

As for the little insects that you mention, this is a common occurence in tropical destinations!They're callled 'pantry pests'; easily eliminated by keeping counters wiped & food stored. They're very similar to fruit flies; annoying to me in summer at my home in Canada! It has nothing to do with the cleaniness of our condos which are spotless & cleaned throughout a guest's stay. If the sliding doors are left open, it can also attract them. I'm so glad you mention our wonderful Jaime; the best airport driver & knowledgeable tour guide! I'll pass along your kind comments. It truly is a safe & welcoming complex with hands-on kind staff & in THE best location. Fusion is a great spot & rarely closed but I believe it was a few days due to them renewing their beach permit. And INTI is a nice option for upscale food & drinkls. As per INTI & music, I'm glad it had no impact on you. We are very transparent in our listing & arrival info.that they are next to our complex & do play music but rarely our guests have any issue with it. We pride ourselves on being very transparent with our guests on anything that might impact their stay, as most hosts don't do this. I agree that there is so much space, from inside the condo to the balcony & the private rooftop (my face place when I travel there!) So glad you had such a wonderful stay Sloane; we want to provide a magical & memorable stay for every guests! Sally & Staff

Million Dollar View & 5 Star Location!

That view...the photos don’t do it justice. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The pool temperature is perfect. No need to get used to it but not too warm either. We were impressed that there was always lots of available lounge chairs at the pool and the beach. The staff member at the beach will set up an umbrella for you and bring you a table. Luna Encantada has a restaurant on either side and they both will bring you their menus and serve you food and drinks right to your spot on the beach. The location is perfect for exploring 5th Avenue and its many fantastic restaurants. We got an amazing cappuccino at Ah Cacao (several locations) every morning! The gelato at Aldo’s (several locations) is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Only wish we could stay longer!

Very Nice Accomodations

This is our 2nd time staying in unit D3 at Luna Encantada with our 3 daughters. The location is fabulous, and the unit has everything you could need. Tonya was very helpful, and very easy to communicate with. We hired a private transfer service from the airport, who happily stopped at Walmart for us and waited while we shopped (for a minimal fee). When we arrived, there were 2 gentlemen that helped us unload the van, and get everything onto the small elevator to the unit. They were also frequently helpful with the gate, and often seen around the grounds. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen had all of the items we needed for our stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, including the cleaning lady that came every other day. We felt very safe during our stay, despite the news stories at the time. The unit sits right on the beach, and the view is absolutely incredible. Unfortunately, erosion has ravaged the beach here, so it is quite rocky . There is a public beach just a short walk to the south, and it satisfied our needs to play in the waves. There was an awful amount of sea grass this year. There were workers raking and piling non-stop for the first 3 or 4 days of our stay. From conversations with others, it sounds like it is just a bad year for it, and it's just chance if it comes each spring or not. Certainly no fault of the owner, just something to be aware of. Storms rolled through from the west one night, and the beach was clear for the rest of our stay. The pool is a bit on the small side. The kids didn't seem to mind though, and it forced us to interact with others at the condo instead of keeping to ourselves. We did not utilize the rooftop area as much as I'd have liked, but it was lovely. If only we'd have been able to stay longer, I'm sure we'd have found more time to be up there! The master bed was quite firm. I had some trouble sleeping, and was anxious to get home to my own bed. This is obviously a personal preference, my husband did not mind it too much. Lastly, we struggled with the TV in the 2nd bedroom the night of the storms. I had wished that I'd brought a few dvd's for the girls. Just be prepared for this if you have children and end up having some down time due to weather. Overall, this unit is incredible. Looking straight onto the beach and out to the beautiful water, you just can't beat it! We would definitely stay here again, and are already thinking ahead to next year.

It gets better and better every stay we have in this condo with it's jaw dropping views! Beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and spacious with the best staff to make your stay amazing. Thanks to Tonya and staff for another stress free, 'we don't want to go home' kind of stay!

The Very Best Condo in Playa!

The description of 'floating over the ocean' couldn't be more accurate! The views from this condo are amazing; even from the living & kitchen area. The condo was immaculate, and was equipped with everything to make breakfast to dinner. Cool decor too. We really enjoyed Abdias the beach attendant who set up our loungers & umbrellas daily, and brought us food from the beach bar next door. This condo was close to everything. My mother in law has a bad knee so it was so handy to get to 5th Ave. which was less than 100 yards from the entrance. Edith was great to check on us to make sure we didn't need anything. We highly suggest you eat at Sabor a Mar, Carboncitos, Chez Celine, El Aborlito, & this little baguette/sandwich spot on 8th Street on way to ocean. Amazing sandwiches! Can't wait to come back to paradise!

Great location, Amazing view

The condo is located right in the heart of Quinta Avenida and about 3 blocks from the ferry. You can take the ferry to Cozumel, which we did on several occasions to snorkel. The condo is spacious, clean and the security guards are so helpful!! They provided information, arranged taxi pickups and even assisted with arranging a private massage for me and my husband in the condo. We’ve stayed at many condos before in different cities, and this time I really enjoyed that the complex is small and there’s not that many people. The only issue we encountered (to no fault of the owner) was the seaweed on that side of the beach - my children did not want to get in but they enjoyed the pool very much! I would stay here again - kitchen had everything we needed; plenty of beach towels; plenty of regular bath towels; washer & dryer worked great; and as a plus provided shampoo and body soap. Highly recommend it especially for families!

Absolutely fantastic!!

Our new favorite vacation! Great location. Edith was so helpful. Edgar on the beach with chairs and umbrellas was a true treasure. Can't wait to return.

Fantastic Condo - Best Vacation Ever!

Went on a trip with some girlfriends who'd never been to Playa del Carmen before and stayed in D3. Everyone was gobsmacked over the condo & despite a negative previous review that we read, we were pleasantly relieved to find the condo in great shape. There is a new manager, Edith, who dropped by regularly to check on us. She mentioned they do regular upkeep & overall they kept out of our way while addressing regular maintenance. We had no issues with bugs, and all screens/furniture/outlets etc. & we found everything to be in good working order. The views from almost everywhere in the condo especially from the rooftop, just can't be beat! We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the boats, parasailers. We enjoyed naps on the rooftop hammock as it offers lots of privacy and space for a group to stretch out. We really enjoyed walking out the entrance and being so close to all the action! Many of us got up early to walk the beach and see the sunrise. We walked up the few blocks to Walmart a few times to pick up beer and snacks. There's a 7/11 type of convenience store on our block called OXXO which was great to grab some beer, ice. The condo is beautifully decorated with marble throughout, and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils etc. There are 2 spacious bedrooms and the a/c and fans kept us quite comfortable. The WiFi is complimentary and worked well which we really needed as a few of us had to work a few days while on vacation. We used the washer/dryer once just before we left so went home with clean clothes :) The beach is raked daily and the loungers/umbrellas are set up in the morning for your private use. Great beach service too. The pool was regularly maintained and we had house-keeping and fresh bottled water delivered to us regularly. The security guard Leonel was very helpful with groceries and helping with our suitcases etc. Tonya was indispensable in making our reservation and ensured we had all the codes before we left, along with a restaurant & activity guide. It was a worry free trip and we can't wait to go back & we would stay in D3 in a heartbeat. We are already planning our next trip back. You don't need to rent a car. Take the local collectivos to Akumal and Tulum - really cheap (40 pesos). Recommend a trip to Chichen Itza & Valloladid. Get a beach massage 2 doors down. Transportation was great -right to the condo!

Personally have never written a review on anything before, so here it goes, this need to be said, first thing out of the box, all information received per door codes, gate codes, garage codes, phone numbers of contacts, were outdated, tried to reach individuals like a manager, they no longer worked there, 1st day, all screens from patio doors were in operable, could only reach patio thru one door, since it blew off with the wind, others were broken and stuck, safe in 2nd bedroom not working, also shower drain in 2nd bedroom not working, and there were these tiny bugs all over the kitchen counter, that we never got rid of, we were provided with bug spray, but felt we were not there for bug extermination, voice mail on our phones not able to access per instructions, since left phone number with relatives to reach us, per emergency, or to stay connected, never did receive pin number up to last day, most of these troubles were addressed the 2nd day, safe fixed, drain fixed some what, 3rd day washing machine quit, was first advsed would be fixed the following day, found out per house cleaner, only works on certain settings, warm water, medium load, on regular wash cycle, all other will not work, so take note, ....bugs never left, most of electrical outlets snap and pop when using, hot tub in pool area never worked, pool was down the last 2 days we were there, all outside furniture is in horrible condtion, there are othere items that I can add, but you get the idea, ...the location is BEAUTIFUL, the food was Great, ...the hired help at this location, is doing there best with limited funds, obviously,.. the highlight of the whole trip pertaining to the condo, is the Concierge working there, her name is Aggie Wasowska, she took ownership on every issue I addressed with her, ...there was also a bad accident there, a woman fell down the steps, ...there are no handrails, all floors at tile, and it had rained the day before, when advising Aggie of accident she immediately meet with the folks in F3 where they were staying, she is a bright star on that staff, this list can go on , and on,...but you get the point, believe me, this is coming from someone that is dreadfully optimistic.

First, I want to sincerely apologize to Thomas R for the shortcomings he experienced during is stay at the penthouse. He contacted me during his stay to let me know there were some minor issues and that they were all being addressed by onsite staff. I contacted the owner who made plans immediately to travel from Minnesota to Playa to make sure that all issues were remedied and they have been. The owner is responsive and has gone above and beyond to ensure that future guests will not encounter any of these same annoyances. The guests who are in the condo at this time have reported that all is well, the view is spectacular and the condo is perfect.

Loved our stay in Playa!

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed such a relaxing week in this spacious, beachfront condo. The layout was perfect with two very large bedrooms and a full living room, dining room and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach. The unit was impeccably clean, and the cleaning service provided every 2 days was top notch. The rooftop patio was one of our favorite places to hang out at the end of each day, and such a treat to have our own private rooftop overlooking the beach. The beach out front was great, with lounge chairs ready and waiting each day. The pool was a tad bit on the small size, and when being used by multiple families with small children, it got a bit too noisy and way too crowded for our liking. The location right off 5th Ave was perfect! Shopping and restaurants galore, with so much to see and do, with a different food choice for each night. We did not rent a car, and didn't need one, with taxis at the ready at the top of the block to take you wherever you need. We were so sad to leave that we came home and rebooked for another week this summer. I was so pleasantly surprised by this condo and our wonderful week in Playa del Carmen!
