With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Good Location

We were pleasantly surprised at what a great view from #1008 ! The room was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Just a few minor things that I felt could have been a touch better, thats why the 4 instead of 5 stars. We would definately stay here again!

It was fine for the price. Overall I would stay here again. The room was decent, view was great, check in was fairly easy. Breakfast buffet included was the best part. It was excellent! BUT there were hairs on the bed when we checked in and they have a tiny area to check in and limited baggage carts. We had to wait quite a while to get checked in and get our baggage up to the room. We were there for a dance competition so we did not use the facilities. The worst part was the parking. I didn’t mind walking to the parking garage but on the last night the elevator was not working and I had to park on the 5th level and walk down which was bad enough but the elevator still wasn’t working the next day and I had to walk UP 5 levels which was not enjoyable.

Nice getaway

This was a nice resort. Clean and great access to the beach. The free breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s was wonderful and we had a great time. I think we definitely plan to return to The Carolinian in the future.
