This 56 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small individual chalet and is equipped for 6 people. It includes:
- One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and its adjoining shower
- One attic bedroom with 2 single beds
- A living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, 1 TV
- A kitchen area with a dishwasher, a combined oven, 2 induction hobs, a refrigerator, hood, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, and a raclette set
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc and the valley faces north. The ski locker is in the main residence.
The rental of this accommodation includes a covered and private parking space under the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / No pets allowed.

This new high standing residence mixing lauze stone roofs and the wood is located close to the ski resort centre. The residence has 2 lifts. It has a wellness area: small heated indoor swimming pool (10m*5m) with unlimited access. Billiards in the reception lounge and laundry facilities.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- End of stay cleaning T3 : 65 €.
- Rental of SINGLE duvet cover kit : 16 €.
- Towels : 10 €.
- Bath mat : 2 €.
- Tea towel : 1.5 €.
