Rifle Shot House

Hard to beat this spot for price, location, and fit for groups of 14-16. This is my 4th year with winterpark houses, and third at this specific house with my Cross Country kids. It is about a 35-40 min drive to the west entrance of RMNP, but the cost-benefit of where we stayed was GREAT for our group. I would recommend this house for groups of 14-16, and winterpark houses in general in terms of being kept up and communication.

Wonderful stay at this lovely Fraser home. Easy access to Winter Park Resort, restaurants, stores, etc. We enjoyed walking to the brewery for a beer after skiing. Home has everything we needed. Nice grill, great hot tub, nice spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Great communication with owners. Very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this property. Great value.

Great Home for base camp

We took a team of High School XC runners to the Winter Park area to Hike and Raft. Home exceeded our expectations. Larger than the Pics represent, this home has it all. We would definitely stay again when in the area and need a place for a large group.

Clean beautiful

This was a very nice large home where our whole family could stay comfortably. The only negative was that two of the beds were very uncomfortable resulting in poor sleep for part of our group. The hot tub, the neighborhood and location were great. We would return.

Winter Park Weekend

Had 11 in our party and the house could not have been better. Great location close to skiing as well as groceries and restaurants. The house itself had everything we needed. The bonus room above the garage provided the extra space and beds we needed. Communication was great. Would recommend this house to anyone and will be back. Absolutely perfect!

Just a weekend trip for a soccer game. Aspens were bright yellow around the house. Hot Tub was perfect temp. and very clean. Loved the deck. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Teens loved their ‘private wing’ well away from the other bedrooms!
