I’m disappointed in a four star review. The guest never mentioned anything during their stay. I strive to achieve a five star review when possible. If the guest had communicated that they were unhappy with something I would’ve done my best to try to correct it.

Great location. Unit was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Loved the back yard. It was very private and the plants were beautiful. The place could use some updating. New couch and mattress but overall it was very good!

We’re glad the guest enjoyed the location, cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, and the privacy and beauty of the backyard — it’s one of our favorite features as well. Regarding the furniture, we want future guests to know that the mattress (approximately 3 years old) and sofa (approximately 2 years old) are both high-quality pieces selected for comfort and durability, not low-end or budget furnishings. That said, we truly appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue to evaluate and improve the guest experience. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if there’s anything we can do to make their visit more comfortable — we’re happy to help in real time whenever possible. Thank you again for choosing our home, and we hope to host you again in the future.

This was a beautiful property in a beautiful area. We enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the pool area at sunset. Everything was clean and comfortable and the keyless entry was easy and convenient. Dario was great and easy to work with. When I lost the email with check in instructions, I contacted him through Vrbo and he got back to me in less than an hour. I would recommend this place to friends and stay here i the future.

Scenic Catalina Foothills

We booked for the month of March. The propery was okay. Nice pool area. Close to parks for hiking. Very nice area in Ventana Canyon. Enjoyed hearing the coyotes in the evening. Nice backyard patio. Lots of good restaurants near by and grocery store just down the road.

We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and well-located home for all our guests, and we’re thankful for the opportunity to host travelers in the beautiful Ventana Canyon area. While this guest left a 3-star rating, they highlighted many of the things our visitors love most—our peaceful backyard, the relaxing pool area, nearby hiking trails, and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. It’s important to note that the guest stayed for an entire month and never mentioned any concerns during their visit. We encourage all guests to communicate with us during their stay so we can immediately address any issues and ensure a 5-star experience. We remain fully committed to offering a warm, responsive, and high-quality stay for everyone who visits our home.

Great location!

This condo was well equipped and comfortable for our month long stay. We cooked a lot and never needed a thing. Fair warning, the guest room is near an outdoor light which keeps it pretty light in there. May be fine for kids. Loved the outdoor space, location, TV’s were large and awesome! Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and conveniently located for us. We did experience a minor issue with bathtub drain being somewhat clogged and the water was draining very slowly. We mentioned it to the owner when we checkout and hopefully he will find someone to fix that issue for the future guests.

Month of March Stay at the Greens

We had a wonderful time in Tucson and the accommodations were wonderful. The Host was immediately responsive whenever we had any issues. Having 2 bathrooms was great. The well stocked kitchen (with pantry items) was an asset. Having the backyard to enjoy was a big bonus especially on windy days. The birds sang to us each morning. I hope we can stay in the condo again for another winter get away!

Excellent Stay

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Check-in was very easy, and the property very clean. It was nicely updated with comfortable and functional furniture. There are 3 TV's - a smart TV in the living area. The king size bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen had new appliances and both a coffee maker and Keurig, lots of cookware and every utensil you might need. We especially appreciated the spices and pantry items not usually found in a short term rental. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Tucson.
