Excellent room and plenty of space for our family of 13 that stayed in this condo. Excellent view and very large and comfortable deck. Looks just like the picture.

My family and extended family had an amazing time staying here for Labor Day Weekend. The location was perfect and communication with the host was superb. We could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this place to others visiting PCB.

Amazing property!!!!! Enjoyed our stay very much. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. Owner and property manager were very good to deal with. Couldn't be happier with our stay!!!

The host added a personal touch. The place was beautiful and clean. We had an issue with a breaker that we had solved by the time they contacted us, but he wanted more information because he was going to send electrician to check on it. Highly recommend this host’s happy place. All four bedrooms had a bathroom! Parking was interesting, but we knew that going in.

Our group had an incredible stay while attending the Seabreeze Jazz Festival! From start to finish, the communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and genuinely helpful, which made everything seamless for our group.The design and décor of the space were exceptional. You can truly see the attention to detail in every corner—from the thoughtfully selected furnishings to the small kitchen appliances that made our stay feel like home. Everything was both stylish and functional. The beds were especially inviting and comfortable, giving us the perfect place to recharge after long days of music and fun.You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and elevated experience. We had a great stay at this condo. The balcony is amazing all the kitchen utensils were fantastic. The pots and pans were very nice and the location is really good. Parking in the garage is a nightmare. I recommend park across the street.

We loved the condo ...it was great! Kitchen very well stockedDecor beautifulWe loved the balcony!Owner communication was amazing..Thank you Richard.Our biggest opportunity was the wait on the elevator and being down at timesParking garage horrible...limited overflowBeach service - We had to get us around 5...be on the beach to get out tents up and to deal with the beach service guys...huge opportunity.

Best location and best condo!

Came here for my bachelorette party and the beginning of the trip presented us some challenges but the owners were MORE THAN accommodating and kind. The owners provided everything we needed. One thing I really enjoyed was the amount of towels. Sometimes rental houses do not have enough and we are constantly washing them (lol it’s the little things!) We had the best time and everything we wanted to do was walking distance. Sunrise restaurant across the street was AMAZING!

Plenty of room

The place was big and very clean when we arrived! Plenty of room for the 13 of us! My only complaint, and I know the owner can't do anything about it, is the parking deck. VERY tight and only 1 parking spot for a 4 bedroom condo. Over flow parking is very small, you leave your spot, you lose your space. Overall we loved it!

Summer vacation

This was our first condo beach trip. We have booked houses in the past, but wanted a shorter walk to the beach. The property was nice but we did have a couple of cleaning issues upon arrival. Bunk bed linens and associated bathroom were not clean. Elevators on check in and check out days are a nightmare. Parking is difficult. Overall I enjoyed the stay but it was not a perfect accommodation.

Hi Nicholas. We appreciate your feedback. We have addressed the cleaning issue---it was literally the first issue we have ever had related to that. We pride ourselves on having an exceptionally clean unit. The elevators are being replaced starting Aug 13 and, when complete, we will have the best high-speed elevators on the Strip. Awesome balcony space

Over all great. Only few issues. Refrigerator control panel on door is falling off. Worn and old. Mirrors in bathroom worn and old. Parking is an issue. If more than one vehicle you will have to park in city lot . City lot is sketchy. Overflow lot is always full. Property manager Marc is extremely helpful and super nice. I will return in the off season and hopefully the small repairs will be corrected.

Connie, We appreciate your stay and feedback. We are in the process of replacing the refrigerator....unfortunately, with supply chain issues there are only a few that match our size requirements. We are hoping to actually receive a new one soon. Thank you! Update: Aug 2022: we have replaced the refrigerator.

Fantastic!

We rented this condo for a group of my husband's long-time friends (50+ years of friendship). The condo looked exactly like the photos, which is beautifully "beach-ly" decorated. The linens were superb. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. The balcony is FANTASTIC... I only wish we'd been able to enjoy it more. It was rather wet and chilly while we were there, so really only got to sit outside on our last day, but at least we got one great sunset out of the trip! Any questions I had were answered very quickly - by either the owner or the property manager. The information provided by them about the condo, as well as the surrounding area (restaurants, attractions, etc), was excellent. Both were great to work with. I would rebook in a heartbeat and some of the friends who joined us mentioned they would love to bring their families back there, also. The condo absolutely could not have been better for our group! :o)

We had an amazing time staying at Barefoot at the Ritz! The hosts made sure we knew everything we needed to know and were so easy to communicate with. The balcony was huge! When we weren’t on the beach or out to eat, we were all on the balcony. Loved looking out over the ocean while eating breakfast or lunch, playing games or just chilling. Just a great place to stay.

We had such a great time at this condo. It comes with everything you need. It is right on the beach with breathtaking views of the emerald coast. Our host was responsive and extremely helpful.

Nice condo, Horrible Elevators

The condo was amazing! Spacious, clean and beautiful views of the Gulf. Now keep in mind the owner of the condo can’t control this, but the Elevators are horrible! My husband, son, myself and a teenage girl we didn’t know ended up stuck in one of the elevators! We had to call 911 to get us out! The firefighter who got us out of the elevator said they come to that building all the time. It seems to be a known problem and whoever owns the actual building needs to improve the elevator. Both elevators make klanking noises and are very unsafe.

Memorial gathering

Had a wonderful time at the condo. Plenty of room & easy to access. The view was Fabulous!!!! When we come back, we will come at this time of year. (Mid November) The area wasn’t overcrowded even with the IRONMAN event. Thank You for a Spectacular weekend.
