Regarding the insects in the parking area, as we're nestled in the Caribbean, various local insects that may not be common in other regions, are part of our natural environment. Regrettably, controlling the insects outdoors is beyond our ability, but we do provide insect spray in the apartment for our guests' convenience. Regarding the ants, leaving doors open or food exposed can inadvertently invite them in, as in many other parts of the world. We supply food storage containers to help prevent such occurrences. Your mention of the patio's condition surprises us as the small birds typical to Barbados usually don't cause significant mess. However, had we been made aware during your stay, our housekeeper would have promptly addressed this issue. We provide ample linens and towels based on the number of registered guests. If additional individuals were invited beyond the registered count, we have laundry facilities available within the unit for our guests' convenience to refresh linens as needed. The water supply on the island is managed by the Barbados Water Authority, and while rare, fluctuations in water clarity can happen. Running the faucets for a minute or so typically resolves any discoloration. As highlighted in our listing, we offer essential amenities such as hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent, while personal hygiene items such as body wash fall under the guests' responsibility. Regarding the condition of the roads leading to our property, we understand your concern. Unfortunately, road maintenance falls beyond our control. However, we appreciate your feedback, and we'll continue to advocate for improvements in the area.
