We enjoyed the stay immensely. Very quiet and peaceful. We did not see or hear one person until the last day. The pool was awesome and relaxing. If we are ever in the area again, we definitely would like to stay there again.

Love Art's place. Great pool.

I love staying at Art's vacation home. Very clean, spacious, tvs in every room, clean pool, newly painted pool deck looks great, ceiling fans throughout including outside lanai. Close to all parks, shopping, movies, restaurants and Disney World.

Family getaway

Very nice property. Far enough out to relax and unwind but close enough to visit what ever you are interested in. Our family absolutely loved LEU Gardens. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for any family

Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for almost any family. Be sure to let them know if you have any infants or toddlers as they have a high chair and a pack and play if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house

Loved the amenities it had. The weather was bad the one day we were there and our kids just didn't sit around watching t.v., instead used the game room and had fun! Would love to stay again!

Owner, Art and his manager, Debra always treat us like family and in turn make our stay all that more enjoyable. Nice Landing Spot

We rented this house as a landing spot after the activities we wanted to do while on vacation. The kitchen could use some updating but it had everything that we needed. The property was well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a nice space to relax. The game room was also a nice place to unwind. The host was prompt answering any questions we had about the property. It was a nice place to stay.

Clean, spacious, quiet, great condition and near everything.

This was the ideal place for our family. Air conditioning is brand new worked fantastic, pool was very nice and well-kept. The whole house is well cleaned for each guest. Owner and manager were very easy to communicate with. Debra does a great job for Art as his manager. Her cleaning is steller and she's an all around helpful person. Looking forward to returning.

Great home, game room, and pool!

We have stayed at this home a few times before and we will choose this one again. The kids and adults all had a great time. The pool is great, and lucky for us, if it rained we had the game room to keep everyone happy for a long time. I also love the opened area in the kitchen and living room which is great for entertaining. It is also great that this house is convenient to Legoland, Disney, and many other parks. Thanks again for a great stay in your beautiful home.

Family of 8 (6 to 86 years old) Wonderful Vacation Rental

Owner was very prompt in response to questions prior to rental. The rental house was exactly as represented, in a great location for visiting parks - We went to Universal, Disney's Magic Kingdom and Seaworld (we also drove to St Pete to visit family and to Cocoa Beach for 1 day - all very convenient). Everyone (especially kids) enjoyed having pool, game room and tv's in all the rooms and nice to have kitchen/fridge. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
