We loved the location of the condo for all of our activities. The space was very clean and the perfect size for two couples. We enjoyed the deck that looked out over a golf course. We had everything we needed in the way of paper products provided by the owner. Parking was convenient. I was impressed by the excellent communication with Kerri including restaurant suggestions!

Stayed 3 nights with my family visiting Dollywood check in was excellent master bathroom didn’t have much water pressure. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Outside and the building could use some updating otherwise great place!

The listing was accurate and the location was actually very good, especially for those visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg/Smokey Mt. Nat'l Park. It was a quick trip (5 minutes or less) to most popular sites in P.F. and very easy access to the Parkway to head to Gatlinburg. Easy 2nd floor access & the view was very nice. Golf course and mountains, only obstructed slightly by some power lines. The unit was also very nicely decorated & had very nice towels (though needs a couple more hand towels)!Nicely stocked kitchenTowards the end of our stay a crew arrived to power wash & begin painting the building, but it didn't bother us much as we were gone most of the time.Dollywood Ln. (NOT the rd the park is on) is fairly busy but the noise wasn't too bad. Given the traffic on the Parkway, we much preferred this site. One thing I didn't realize (my bad) is that the facility didn't have a pool, which would have been nice given the heat during our stay. But the unit did have a nice whirlpool tub. Check-in was easy & the host did a good job of communicating. The extra 2 for 1 deals through Xplorie were a nice bonus & we took advantage of them, saving us over 150.As for suggestions, I don't have many. The mattress and pillows could use an upgrade to match the towels, but the main criticism is one mentioned by several others who've stayed at this unit; the water pressure in the kitchen and showers is very poor and should be looked into. But we would book this unit again.

Large property, well stocked, centrally located. Very pleasantly neutral smelling - sometimes rental property cleaning products are a bit much, but overall this property was ready to go and easy to stay at.

Dollywood Trip

Wonderful place! Beautiful setting. So close to Dollywood and all the main attractions but a bit off the beaten path!! We really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend this plave.
