Property was clean and convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops, all within easy walking distance. Host was great, we were trapped by flooding from the nor easter storm and couldn't get out at check-out time, Host worked with us and called twice during the storm to make sure we were all right. The house is on high ground and while some parts of the island were underwater, we remained safe and dry. I would definitely book again without hesitation.

Girls' week at this wonderful beach house. Lots of beach chairs, bicycles - All in great shape. House is fully stocked with everything you need. Beautiful outside area with couches - Nice and cozy!Coffee on the rooftop deck :)Love being so close to the beach!We plan to go back next year. Thank you, Steven!

Great location, super easy check in, very clean. Reasonably priced. One of 4 bikes needs a new peddle. Great kitchen, TVs in all the rooms is nice. We loved the balcony upstairs. The only issue we encountered was the dryer coming on by its self, it has a beeping sound that needs to be turned off, it’s not loud, but you hear it. Loved the house, would highly recommend. Thanks for having us.

Our family stayed here for a week in August and had the best time! The house is centrally located to the town (shops/restaurants) and extremely close to the beach. With three young children, this was perfect as we made many trips back to the house to use the bathroom. The house layout was perfect. Every room felt private - you couldn't hear the noise through out the house. House was equipped with everything you need. We cooked in most evenings, used the grill, stove and toaster ovens. Will be booking again!

Great location. Nicely maintained and updated beach property. Owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Stayed one week with my adult grandchildren and we all loved this house.

Perfect location

We loved the house, was located in a perfect location close to everything you could want in a beach house. Beach was right across the street, few blocks away from all the restaurants and ship bottom brewery. House fit 10 of us comfortably with the top bunks still available.

A great location! Close to the beach and Everything Beach Haven has to offer. House could use some updates, but nothing serious as we spent most of our time outside. It was nice to have beach chairs although some are not in working condition. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Family get away

Inside was adorable. First place we stayed in that could sleep 12 that actually had seating for 12! We stayed before season so outside not yet ready. Responsive host!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Beach Haven rental! The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach. We loved that several beach chairs in great condition were provided, along with seasonal beach tags—such a thoughtful touch! The house had everything we needed and more: a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and tableware, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, a washer and dryer for convenience, a nice BBQ grill for outdoor cooking, a picnic table and even a clean outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.The home itself is air-conditioned, cozy, and decorated with classic beach charm that makes you feel instantly relaxed. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly and responsive, which made the whole experience seamless. Everything was comfortable, and truly blissful. A BIG thank you to our host! (5/5)

Great Location

Awesome property. Loved the location, directly down the street from Fantasy Island and other central areas of Beach Haven. Only about 200 yards from the beach. Plenty of space and 4 bedrooms allowed privacy for all of us. We would definitely rent this property again. My communications with the property manager were good. He was responsive to my many questions. My only issue is that the vrbo website would not allow me to Invite my other family members so that they could view the property prior to arrival. I contacted them but was never able to make that work. Other than that, very happy with the property.
