If you are looking for a spacious home in Point Pleasant Beach, this is the place! It is a great choice for large families or a group of friends who want lots of community space to spread out, relax and enjoy each other's company. The large bedrooms are perfect for the periods when you wish to have privacy and rest away from the group.Lots of parking space in the driveway, a huge pool and outdoor space, and our host responded almost immediately to any inquiries before and during our stay.Great location, only a few blocks from the Point Pleasant Boardwalk.

Beautiful property, great amenities, very clean. Loved the pool and patio area. Easy walk to boardwalk and beach. Jen and Vinny were great hosts. Would definitely rent again.

Responsive hosts. Clean, well appointed and spacious home ideal for accommodating larger groups both inside and outside around the pool along with a large, sheltered area under the house. Plenty of off-street parking and easily walkable to the beach, boardwalk and town. Will definitely consider for future stays in the Pt Pleasant Beach area.

Excellent place for making memories

The very clean house is conveniently located 3 blocks from the beach and is well-stocked. The pool provides a great place to relax, and the beds are comfortable . Our family had a great time making memories here.

A beautiful house in a great location big enough to hold our entire family. Large rooms, good amenities and very well maintained. We took full advantage of the great pool and downstairs lounging area. We recommend this home to anyone no matter how big your family.

Home away from home

This was our fourth year in a rowat this property. We absolutely love it here. It’s perfect for our family. Everything we need is here and the house is gorgeous whenever we arrive each year. It feels like coming home.

July 4th Week long vacation

6 couples and our kids stayed the week and it was nothing short of amazing. The house was great so close to town and the boardwalk. The pool was amazing and the owners were so nice and accommodating. Will definitely be looking to rent this property again in the future.

Fabulous, new, spacious, well appointed home. Perfect for our family reunion. Loved the outdoor space and plenty of room for parking. Kitchen was perfect for our huge family feasts. Just loved our stay and want to come back. Owner was totally on top of things and so pleasant and accommodating.

Family retreat

We had a great stay at this property. The home is so spacious and well laid out. We had multiple families and it was very comfortable with all the bedrooms and baths! The owners were lovely and so helpful throughout the process. Pool was amazing… great property.

Great house for families and friends! Pool was well maintained. House is updated, clean, and spacious, and just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach which is super convenient. The hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Good location and the kitchen was very well stocked. Multiple areas for gathering. it was very clean and there is plenty of room for parking. More towel racks and hooks would be a good addition to all the bathrooms. More hand towels would be welcome, too. A wonderful house for multi-generational gatherings.

Point Pleasant House

This property was perfect for our group. The house was clean and well appointed and the kitchen was amazing. Having the salt water pool and covered area downstairs was simply a game changer and gave us a perfect respite during the record heat. Jen was very easy to work with and responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

Had an incredible weekend at this home. Beautiful open layout perfect for a family gathering. The home has everything you need. All the rooms were comfortable. Only thing missing was more towels and paper products! Otherwise awesome.

Wedding weekend compound!

Love the location and all the rooms - was perfect for a large group of couples to all have our own rooms! The island was a big topic of conversation as it was so big and where we all would congregate! Loved the pool too - just wish we could have used it more but it raw raining! Highly recommend!
