This spacious 12 person, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat welcomes you with cottage style charm, high end amenities, and beautiful sunrise lake views. After some indoor fun, head outside to one of our 3 amazing decks for some relaxation, barbecuing on the grill, play some tennis or pickleball spring to fall, or just kick back in the hot tub! The unit is located in the tranquil mid-lake community of Timberloft Village, one of the hottest fishing spots on the lake and less than a mile from the sandy shores of Deep Creek Lake State Park, hiking and mountain biking trails, Silver Tree Marina and the Honi Honi Bar. For skiing and sight seeing fans, Wisp Ski Resort is only 4.5 miles away and Swallow Falls State Park , the beautiful scenic trails with amazing waterfalls is only 5.7 miles away. Our family had a wonderful time from getting up and looking out the window to walking or sitting on the deck to sitting in the hot tub, beautiful lake views were there. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful. We are hoping to go back again soon.

The place was amazing for our Bach trip! Very cozy and with plenty of room to spread out. We spent most of our days near the hot tub or connecting our tubes to the boat dock and enjoying the lake! However, we used every part of the place including the living room for game night and the top deck for a crab feast. It never felt like we were bored of the space:)

David was great! The check in process and house information were easy to follow. He was always available when needing to communicate and responded within reason. The house was clean and it was the perfect set up to celebrate my friend’s bachelorette! We had a great time and recommend staying with them!

A beautiful home and an awesome location! The owner was incredible to work with and so accommodating. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them! The home feels like a cabin and still has wonderful amenities like the hot tub that everyone enjoyed very much! Would definitely return.:-)

great location by the lake and a short drive to Wisp and nearby towns. Also close to great hikes - went to Garrett State Forest and Swallow Falls.

David (Dad), is a mortgage banker who enjoys helping families accomplish the dream of home ownership and overall financial goals. Loves outdoor activities, including, mountain biking, boating and skiing. Suha (Mom), is an enterprise account executive that thrives on building relationships with her clients and helping them find success through technology. Loves walking, running, hiking and sun bathing. Yasmine (eldest child) graduate from JMU and now a career lady herself. Loves walking, traveling and hanging with friends. Lilly (middle child) is a senior in college and plays D1 lacrosse. Loves wake surfing, fashion and reading a good book. Evan (the youngest child, but tallest one in the family) is a Freshman in college and plays D1 lacrosse. Loves following all sports, enjoys wake surfing and snow boarding.

Because it's not an over used and run down rental. Rather, its cared for and enjoyed by our family just as we know it will be equally comfortable for your family.

In the center of the lake, which provides easy travel to all points of lake attraction and within walking distance to prime restaurants and the local food market. One of the best spots on the lake for fishing and within walking distance to the state park for hiking or mountain biking. Community tennis court that is also lined for two pickle ball courts. Pickleball nets roll to center court and equipment is provided at the house.
