Our Condo property is newly renovated. The pool and hot tub are ready for you! The beach is gorgeous! Our gulf front condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine on Florida's beautiful Madeira Beach with oceanfront views! Our newly renovated Sea Breeze unit 307 features an open layout and is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with all the amenities and extras. All new furniture and beds with comfortable mattresses. All new kitchen appliances. Take in the beautiful sunsets from your private balcony facing the Gulf and white sand beach. You will be conveniently located near Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk featuring shops, restaurants and attractions. There are many opportunities for adventure with fishing, boating, jet skiing, pirate ship and sightseeing cruises nearby. There is a Suncoast Beach Trolley stop right out front that allows you to explore other beach towns nearby.
Our unit is owner managed and we provide convenient on site check in. We look forward to making your vacation the most memorable one!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had renting a place. The unit was absolutely beautiful and clean. The owner added so many thoughtful touches to make our stay perfect. She even went out of her way for us when we needed a beach umbrella. I hope to stay at this condo every time I return to Maderia!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as advertised—beautiful, spotless, and located right on the beach with stunning views and easy access to the water. Everything was immaculate and thoughtfully maintained, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, and the location was perfect. We were just minutes away from great restaurants, shops, and all the fun activities the area has to offer. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting John’s Pass, where we had an amazing time parasailing and riding wave runners.The combination of the pristine condo, beachfront location, and proximity to dining, shopping, and attractions made this the perfect getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient beach vacation!

My family had a great stay. Great communication throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth. This unit is very nice, updated, beautifully decorated. It’s even better than the pictures suggest. We also appreciated all the extra beach items like chairs umbrella, cooler, etc. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

A great location in an area we know well and love. The property was extremely well kitted out.

A highly recommended property and the owners were very good at keeping in touch from booking to check in and also touched base during our stay.

Great Location

Great place to stay it had everything needed from cleaning supplies to beach toys, chairs, etc.. Great Location close to John's pass along with wonderful views of the gulf and sunsets. The family really enjoyed the stay had lots of fun

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautiful! Had everything we needed. Perfect location to walk down to John’s Pass! Also has a nice pool! Highly recommend! If we ever come back to Maderia Beach, Fl, we will definitely stay here!

Perfect Condo

This was a perfect and beautiful condo right on the beach. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Condo owners were very helpful and the condo was clean and well furnished. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nicely furnished. The owners were terrific in their communication. Within walking distance of John’s Pass. Nice pool, great beds.
