Minutes to downtown Beaufort, Paris Island and Port Royal. Come enjoy all that Beaufort has to offer or just stay home and enjoy the gorgeous views of dolphins passing by from your private dock. There is plenty of room inside and out to relax and enjoy your stay.
The back yard has a small plunge pool for cooling down after a day out exploring, as well as a tree swing and yard games(cornhole and kubb).

House was great. Dock is good to use as well. We travel down to Beaufort by boat and the only issue is the creek is a little bit shallow at a dead low tide but thats not the properties fault. We stay every year and enjoy it every year. The check in process is super easy with a code for a key box. Nice and short boat ride to numerous restaurants and the sand bar. Great place to stay!

This is our second stay here. The house is great! It is not perfection, but I feel the price reflects this. Inside is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. We bring our boat and there is a boat ramp nearby, as well as a local marina that you can dock while eating at the nearby restaurants. The creek is tidal, so you do need to pay attention to the tide charts. Low tide can be tricky, but it can be done without too much trouble. The hostess, Adelyn, is very responsive and helpful. I have no doubt that we will be back again!!

The house is very dated , the pictures were taken a long time ago ! The yard and shrubs are all over grown bad ! The pool was very dirty , the ceilings have several places that have leaks and are stained ! The location is great But the deck and dock both have numerous boards that are lose and rotten , which is a little unsafe , I did reach out and was told they would contact the property manager ! But this rental needs a lot of attention!

Property mis represented regarding it being boater friendly. The dock was sitting in mud due to low tide. If you access the dock your boat and motor will sit in mud. The photo of deck and pool area must be several years old. The exterior of rear house has visible rot, vegitation covering railings, right side of house and the deck outside the kitchen. The inside of the home is very nice and comfortable and the plunge pool very nice and clean. We experienced ceiling leaks into dining area during rain storms. At times we had sewer gas smell in the home. We reported these items to the owner. In spite of these negative comments, we would recommend this home when visiting Beaufort area , providing the owner making these corrections. However it is not a boater friendly location due to tides.

Like some other post mentioned, the house is definitely dated. Had some issues with fridge not cooling and was disappointed that the back porch was dirty with libs and leaves making the outdoor seating a turnoff. Exterior was rotting away…. On the plus side, excellent view of the water. Had docking for boat and overall location was convenient. Tight turn in the driveway if your pulling a trailer.

Perfect for an old low country getaway. The inside of the home is very clean and spacious! The grounds are older but nice. Dock is great for fishing. Pool is nice for lounging. Overall great stay !

Great Location with Beautiful Views

We loved the location of this VRBO. We were on the water with amenities in very close driving distance. We frequented Lady Island, the waterfront at Beaufort and Hunting Island Beach. It was a great trip with a great home base.

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first time. Adelyn was so accommodating with our short notice request to stay. The house, property, rooms, bathrooms etc was immaculate, comfortable and very roomy. We would definitely recommend this location.

Beautiful location

We loved the location, the creek is beautiful! Easy to dock and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The outside area is in need of some updating/structural work, but hanging on the dock was perfect and nice to have the plunge pool for a quick dip! Cute place.

Great home in a great area!

This home was perfect for our trip to see our Marine. It’s located in a great area and it was nice to have our morning coffee and overlook the water . Lots of space for everyone and the owner was great to work with. We will be back!

First time to Beaufort!

This was our first trip to Beaufort after going to Charleston for over a decade. We loved our experience of the town, area and this rental property! The house was a very cute little cottage on the water with great proximity to downtown and the beaches. We loved it so much we booked a return trip for next month!

The property has an incredible view, the house was really clean the location is very close to all there is to do in Beaufort we had plenty of space for all the kids really enjoyed the dock and pool the property owner was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had

Loved it!!

Beautiful house and a great location. Would definitely book again. If you have a boat with a 2ft or greater draft it could be difficult to navigate to the channel at super low tide.

The inside of the house was very clean and very large. This is an older home with lovely hardwood floors and beautiful accents in the interior architecture. This home could accommodate a very large group. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was nice and also very clean. The exterior of the home, the backyard, pool area and walkways needed to be cleaned. The cushions on the outdoor seating needs to be replaced. The view of the water was wonderful. The sun sets right at the back for a great view. Having a dock for the boat was a great plus. We really enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again. It would not take much improvement on the outside areas to make this a 5 star.
