Hi Rachel, when you contacted us about the guest bathroom shower stall not draining, we told you that the drain basket needed to be emptied and placed back. When you checked in, that drain basket was clear of hair and clean, so that drain was clogged by the amount of hair shed by your guests. It was your decision not to follow the instructions so it is not fair to state that shower was not draining and the hardships that caused to you and your guests. Same applies to the pool, it was clean when you arrived. When you left, the water was very dirty, with lots of debris on the pool floor. We had to ask the pool cleaning company to come and do an unusual extensive cleaning to bring the pool back to normal condition. A short term rental house is not a hotel, if one day you clog a shower drain and make the pool dirty, next day the drain will still be clogged and the pool will still be dirty, there is no automatic overnight bathroom and pool cleaning. We are 100% committed to provide guests a totally functional and spot clean house at the moment they check in, and any issues reported by guests are taken care immediately.

Thanks for your review, i must say that the hottub requires sometime to reach the desire temp. Aprox 103F.. plus the cold weather (air temperature) sometimes it doesn't help. Anyways thank you for your recommendations.
