This five bedroom home plus den, just a few houses from the beach in Cape Shores, is perfect for your vacation. With sleeping for fourteen and plenty of space to spread out or join together for games, meals or just some conversation, this house covers it all. You will love the spectacular views of the bay from this large and open property. Watch the boating activity from the rooftop deck as you sip your morning coffee. Hop on the Ferry and spend the rest of your day exploring Cape May; hop back on the Ferry and watch the spectacular sunset show.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Great family house!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved being so close to Cape Henlopen - we rode bikes every day and played lots of frisbee golf. House is really nice and comfortable... not as posh as the mansions all around it seem to be, but pleasant. Bedrooms are quiet if the living room is noisy with family. Kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of tableware. Had a bit of trouble getting in because since the envelope had keys, I thought they would get us in, but they didn't work in the basement door. Then I realized the keychain had a code for the front door, and that took several tries to open. But realtor rep was nice about it. All in all, a great week!

Great weekend away

We had a nice friends reunion. The house had plenary of room for all of us and great tables for game time! The guys especially liked the ping pong table.

Family time: down by the Bay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: September turned out to be a beautiful time at the bay and the short walk from the house to the bay was perfect. This was our first family vacation with our grand baby so proximity to the beach was important. The house was lovely with adequate space for the 8 of use to spread put. We spent mornings on the rooftop, sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. The backporch was perfect for dinner each night. We cook and eat in so having a well stocked kitchen is important to us. There is room to grow in having newer cookware. We loved our time and would return again. Thanks so much!!
